摘要 纳米材料在基础科学研究和各种潜在技术的应用中非常重要，有着许多同类材料所不具备 的新颖的光，磁和热性能，因此吸引了研究者们的极大兴趣。 人工合成的晶体材料钇铝石榴石y 出1 5 0 。：( y a g ) ，具有立方石榴石结构，是一种有着良好 光学和力学性能的先进陶瓷材料。通过向有着十二面体结构的y a g 中掺杂少量杂质离子的方法， 可以获得不同的发光性能。然而在传统的y a g 同态反应制备过程中，通常需要高于1 6 0 0 度的温 度和长时间的球磨，会导致晶粒出现许多杂相和缺陷，并最终降低了这类荧光粉的亮度。 在本论文中，为改进y a g 的发光性能，通过采用不同的湿化学方法，如溶胶凝胶法、沉淀 法和溶液燃烧法，合成了y a g 和掺有c e 、t b 、e u 的y a g ，并研究了它们的光致发光( p l ) 等性 能。本论文的主要研究成果如下： 1 ) 采用沉淀法制备了y a g ：c e 纳米单晶颗粒。该颗粒的品化温度约为8 0 0o c ，提高退火 温度和减少c e 的掺杂浓度会加强晶化程度。晶粒大小介于4 0 1 0 0n m 间。p l 峰值强度也随着 退火温度的增加而增加。增加c e 3 + 的掺杂浓度，会降低p l 峰值强度，且在晶体场的作用下向 蓝光方向偏移。 2 ) 通过溶液燃烧法得到晶粒尺寸小且相纯度高的y a g ：t b 纳米颗粒。该方法在9 0 0 0 c 的 低退火温度下，得到的品粒大小约为3 0 - 1 0 0 n m 。通过y a g ：t b 纳米颗粒的发射光谱，研究了 y a g 中的t b 3 + 离子特性。 3 ) 利用溶胶凝胶法，在不同掺杂浓度，不同退火温度下获得系列y a g ：e u 纳米颗粒。结 果表明，1 0 0 0 下得到的品粒，结晶好且没有杂相，其粒径介于2 3 2 9 n m 问。随着退火温度的 升高，其发射光谱的强度也一致增强。e u 2 + 浓度的增加也使得发射光谱的峰值向短波方向移动。 4 ) 使用溶胶凝胶技术合成y a g ：c e 单晶纳米颗粒。利用柠檬酸( c i t r i ca c i d ) 和7 -
