武汉理1 大学硕士学位论文 摘要 语言总是为了一定的交际目的，在不同的交际场合使用的。为了迎合不同的 交际需要，语言出现了许多变体，这些变体所形成的范畴被称为语域。根据语域 理论，我们将具体的语言变体放在具体的情境中考虑，并将语言的概念意义，人 际意义及语篇意义有机的结合起来，这样可以正确的理解和解释语言变体。从六 十年代起，国外语言教学专家就开始提倡语域理论在外语教学中的应用，国内对 语域理论在外语教学中的应用加以系统介绍和研究的第一位语言学家当推朱永 生先生。八十年代末，朱先生在其论著中强调指出了语域理论在外语教学中的指 导作用：自那时起，许多学者意识到了语域理论与外语教学结合的重要性。然而， 从国内外研究来看，多数以理论探讨为主，而教学应用研究较少。因此，本文将试 图从多方面来分析和解决此问题。 全文共五章，加上引文和结束语共六个部分。引文主要介绍了语域理论及其 在外语教学中应用的目的和意义，同时说明了笔者选择此主题进行研究的原因。 第一章系统的介绍了语域理论的基本概念，包括支配语域变异的三个基本 因素，其功能及涉及到的范围，同时提出将语域理论应用到教学中的观念。 第二章主要回顾了国内外与此相关主题的进展。主要包括对理论发展的纵 向陈述，在研究中的主要发现，以及现阶段在中国外语教学中所存在的问题。 第三章介绍了在中国英语教师和非英语专业大学生中所做的调查研究，并 以表格和图形的方式展示和比较了调查的结果，随之对问卷调查结果进行了讨 论。 第四章主要研究了从课堂角度来看如何提高学生的交际能力。笔者主要从 三方面进行论述：一，外语教学中文化意识的培养；二，文章情境的分析；并 介绍了涉及到影响学生的一些内外因素。三，设计不同情景下的角色的对话。
