ac o r p u s - b a s e ds t u d yo f v e r b n o u nc o l l o c a t i o ne r r o r si nc h i n e s en o n - e n g l i s hm a j o r s w r i t t e ne n g l i s hv中文摘要本研究旨在对中国非英语专业学习者动名词搭配情况进行错误分析，主要围绕以下研究问题：( 1 ) 在中国非英语专业学习者的书面表达中，动名词搭配错误分为哪几类?( 2 ) 中国非英语专业学习者书面表达中出现的各种动名词搭配错误的分布频率如何?( 3 ) 在中国非英语专业学习者动名词搭配错误的数量和学习者的英语写作水平之间是否存在显著相关性?本研究所取语料源于中国英语学习者语料库( 简称c l e c ) ，抽取s t 3 ( 大学英语四级作丈) 和s t 4 ( 大学英语六级作文) 两个子语料库，并在高分者低分者之间就其动名词搭配错误数量进行了相关性研究。通过数据统计和分析，有以下主要发现：一、本研究发现，中国英语学习者所犯动名词搭配错误与奈森豪夫的分类略有不同。与名词搭配的介词的误用在s t 3 中未找到，在s t 4 中基本未找到；此外，句子结构错误和限定词误用在s t 4 中也未找到。这些错误在两个子语料库中鲜有出现的原因，可以归结于英汉两种语言之间的语型差异。换句话说，在表达语义关联时，英语更依赖于关系代词、关系副词、连词，特别是介词；而汉语则主要依赖动词，也就是动词及其词序。英汉两种语言的语型差异使得中国英语学习者写作时避免使用介词，因此甚少出现介词或者是限定词误用。与此同时，在母语中依赖于使用动词的中国英语学习者进行英语写作时过度使用英语动词。二、在所有动名词搭配错误类型中，与动词有关的错误频率所占比率最高，分别占两个子语料库所有动名词搭配错误总数的7 4 和7 6 ；和名词有关的错误频率仅次于动词；除了这两种错误，其余动名词搭配错误类型依次是：错误类型1 ( 动名词搭配正确但不符合语境) 、错误类型2 ( 动名词搭配错误) 、名词数的误用、与动词搭配的介词的误用、限定词误用和句子结构错误等。三、研究发现，学习者过度使用有笼统意义的动词或是常用动词，例如g e t ，m a k e 和h a y e ，而并未充分考虑这些动词的语义不兼容性。这种动词误用的原因有两个：第一，二语习得过程中，动词是最难掌握的语言点之一；第二，语言的负迁移是很重要的原因。许多英语学习者认为英语每个语素在其母语中都有相对ac o r p u s - b a s e ds t u d yo f v e r b n o u nc o l l o c a t i o ne r r o r si nc h i n e s en o n - e n g l i s hm a j o r s w r i t t e ne n g l i s hv i应的形式，所以他们过度使用动词却忽略其语义特征。与名词有关的错误在所有错误中所占比率第二，分别占两个子语料库所有动名词搭配错误总数的1 2 和1 1 。错误的原因有两个：第一，母语的负迁移。汉语中名词的复数形式和英语中名词的复数形式分别通过不同的方式实现。第二，语言规则的过度概括。例如在所有名词后加“s ”实现其复数形式。所有动名词搭配错误中，与动名词有关的错误在两个语料库中分别占8 2 和8 4 。在其他类型的错误中，误用一占据比例最大。除了上述两种原因外，教师课堂上的引导也是很重要的原因。四、总体来说，学习者动名词搭配的能力随着语言能力的发展而提高；学生得分越高，所犯的动名词搭配错误的数量越少。然而，也有少数特例。例如：在s t 3中，8 分作文中动名词搭配错误数量高于其他分数的作文；在s t 4 中，1o 分作文中动名词搭配错误数量高于其他分数的作文。造成这种现象可能的原因是：语言能力较低的学习者避免使用动名词搭配，而作文获1 0 分的学习者有更强烈用英语表达想法的动机。前者称为“回避策略”，后者则在一定程度上验证了埃利斯关于学习者语言发展特征的假设。尽管存在特殊现象，但中国非英语专业学习者所犯动名词搭配错误的数量和其第二语言水平总体上呈负相关。最后，本文为汉语环境下的英语教学提出了三点建议：( 1 ) 教师要帮助学生了解英汉两种语言的语型差异，特别是英语介词、限定词、各种语篇连接词和非限定动词之间的区别性特征。( 2 ) 教师应以科学的方式对待学生的动名词搭配错误，给予学生个别辅导，而不是无差别的批评。( 3 ) 课堂教学中，教师应将更多的注意力投放在帮助学生学习日常生活中的词语和表达上，特别是常见的动名词搭配的掌握。( 4 ) 除了动名词搭配，搭配问题也应引起教师的足够重视。关键词：中国英语专业学习者；动名词搭配；锚误分析；中介语；语型差异ac o r p u s -
