摘要 随着越米越多的外语教育专家开始关注自主性学习能力的重要性，自主性学习业已成 为外语教学领域的一个热门研究课题，并且也会成为中国未来外语语言教学中的一个新的 发展趋势。 许多著作和论文中都对自主学习进行过不同角度和深度的讨论。它们有些把重点放在 了对自主性学习的学术讨论上，对于自主学习的定义和描述给予了大量的关注，而不是对 实际的教学研究进行关注。并且，一些关于实际教学研究的讨论主要是针对自主学习中心 而展开的，而这种自主学习中心在实际运用中会因为价格昂贵等多种因素而受到不同程度 的束缚。有没有便捷有效的促进大学生英语自主学习能力的手段和方法呢? 以此为出发点， 本研究的目的在于探索得出人学英语教师如何能够激发培养学生的自主学习能力以及自主 学习策略在大学英语教学中是否能收到令人满意的效果。除此之外，本论文也讨论了如何 通过策略培养来增强英语差生的自主学习意识的问题。 本论文以作者在天津师范人学为期一年的教学研究和大鼍的理论研究为基础，对上述 几个问题进行了实际研究和理论分析。本分由六个部分组成。第一部分主要向读者呈现该 研究的研究背景，研究价值和论文概述等。在第二部分中，作者分析比较了自主学习的定
