摘要 古今中外，教师在教与学的活动中都起着相当重要的作用。过去的2 0 多年 以来，关于教师的研究逐渐从教师的外在教学行为转向他们的内隐心灵世界，教 师信念也成为一个非常重要的课题。由于教师信念比教师本身的知识具有对课堂 教学实践更大的影响，近几年来教师信念的研究在国外已经引起教育理论界不同 学科非常大的反响，然而在国内相关研究成果却寥寥无几。由于老师不是生活在 真空中，他们的语法教学信念会受到各方面因素的影响和挑战。因此，研究高中 英语教师语法教学信念的影响因素对更好地理解教师内在信念以及提高英语教 学效率是非常重要的。 本项研究以来自上海市五所中学的4 3 名中学英语教师为研究对象，通过定 量与定性的方法来分析中学英语教师的语法教学信念。研究发现中学英语教师根 据性别、教龄、学历和学校环境等因素的不同在语法认知、语法学习策略、语法 教学方法、师生角色、专业化发展五个维度上的信念呈现出极大的相似度，特别 是师生角色和专业化发展这两方面的信念。作者认为教师的性别、教龄、学历及 学校环境等对中学英语教师的语法教学信念存在一定的影响但构不成决定性因 素，教师本身的理论学习或培训与教学实践对其教学信念对信念的形成与改变有 一定影响。因此作者提出几点建议：第一，对新教师入职前和在职教师进行定期
