，0 且大掌博士掌位。沦文摘要 高分子链分子管复合体系穿管行为 及其单分子力谱研究 摘要 近年来，高分子链的自组装行为受到科学家们的广泛关注。在高分子链的组 装行为中，链与环状分子( 或管状分子) 的组装行为具有非常重要的价值。这不 仅由于高分子链与分子环或分子管之间的组装在物理化学及纳米材料领域有着 重要的基础研究意义和广泛的应用前景，更重要的是在生命科学领域这类组装行 为是很多生命活动的基本过程，比如烟草花叶病毒的装配、d n a 穿越核膜膜孔 的行为等等。探讨高分子链与环状分子之间的穿管行为可以加深我们对高分子链 自组装行为的理解，而且可以为我们揭示一些生命过程的奥秘。 本文采用了理论推导、计算机模拟和实验相结合的模式，主要探讨了环状分 子( 管状分子) 与大分子长链的穿管模型，用原子力显微镜研究了0 【环糊精p e g 链的穿管脱除过程的力学行为，并尝试将这些物理、化学的研究方法和手段扩 展到生命括动( 烟草花叶病毒( t r m 的装配) 的讨论。此外本文还应用 c d e p e n d e n t g i n z b u r g -
