并通过网络向社会公众提供信息服务。 储妊玉生翩签名塑趾嗍丝年卫月丝 前渺 章首先简述了概念隐喻理论，介绍了相关术语，以及目前概念隐喻在 国内外教学中的应用。然后，在评论前人的研究的基础上，进行显性 概念隐喻教学的可行性分析后，设计了显性概念隐喻的教学试验以及 概念隐喻教学对中国大学生英语阅读理解的影响的测试，测试的阅读 文章选材的内容以经济类为主。实验主要研究两个问题：第一，显性 概念隐喻教学是否有助于大学生英语阅读理解能力的提高。第二，大 学生对显性概念隐喻教学的态度和反响。本实验对湖南理工学院英语 专业本科二年级两个平行班学生进行四个月的商贸英语教学试验，设 置实验组和控制组。实验数据收集工作由两位老师操作，利用e x c e l 软件和s p s s ( 版本1 3 o ) 进行数据分析。 实验结果表明：1 ) 两个组在实验前英语阅读理解水平相当。但 是实验组在实验教学结束后，阅读理解水平明显高于控制组。这说明 显性概念隐喻教学对学生阅读理解能力发展有促进作用。2 ) 学生对 显性概念隐喻教学方法反响良好，认为这种新的教学方法很能激发学 习兴趣，并且有助于提高学习积极性。 本研究的探索对英语阅读教学具有很重要的意义，使我们获悉显 性概念隐喻教学不仅仅只有助于词汇记忆，而且对学生阅读理解能力
