太原理t 人学顾i ：学位论义 衔接连贯知识在故事复述中的作用 摘要 经过几十年的发展，语篇分析日趋成熟，其中的许多理论已被运用到 外语教学之中。语篇分析与外语教学的结合不仅开拓了学者的研究范围， 而且也为解决传统外语教学中的问题提供了新的思路。对外语教学影响最 大的当数衔接连贯理论。关于衔接与连贯之间的关系，不同的学者有不同 的看法，不过都认为衔接和连贯是不可分割的。连贯是指语篇成分在意义 上的连接与贯通，而衔接则是语言成分之间存在的相互关系，其中，对一 个成分的解读要依赖于对另一个成分的理解( h a l l i d a y h a s a n ：1 9 7 6 ) 。 1 9 9 5 年全国英语专业四级考试中专门增加了口语测试，其中有一题型 要求学生复述所听到的短文，也即，故事复述题。经过学者多年研究发现 在复述故事过程中，学生常常要遇到许多语篇问题。这些问题能否得到彻 底根除? 笔者发现给学生讲解衔接连贯知识，或许可以解决这一难题。因 此本论文提出两条研究假设： ( 1 ) 教授衔接连贯知识是否会对学生的故事复述产生影响?
