水泵安装、使用、维护说明书Type NG slurry PumpINSTALLTION, OPERATION, MAINTENANCE MANUAL 一、水泵的安装 Pump installation水泵的安装Pump installation1、水泵安装准备工作1. The preparation work for pump installation.（1）检查水泵和电机，确知在运输和装卸过程中没有损伤。Check the pump and motor, ensure there were no damage during the transportation and load or unload.（2）检查工具和起重机械，并检查机器的基础。Check the tools and lifting equipment and also the basement of machine.（3）检查配套提供的压力表及表座。Check the manometer and gauge stand of affiliated equipments2、水泵安装顺序Pump installation order（1）整套泵运抵现场时，都已装好电机；校平底座时，可不必卸下水泵和电机。The motor have been installed when a whole set of pump arrived scene. When collate the basement, no need to demount the pump and motor.（2）在水泥基础上安装水泵时，基础平面应用水平找平，待基础水泥凝固后将泵安装在基础上，并用水平仪检查水平情况，如不平，应用垫铁调正，直到水平为止，然后通过灌浆孔由混凝土浇灌底座和地脚螺栓孔眼。When install pump on the cement base, regulate the foundation flat by the standard. Check the condition of standard by the gradienter, if not flat, regulate it by the parallels until horizontal, use concrete to irrigate basement and foundation bolt hole by the grout hole.（3）水泥干固后，检查底座和地脚螺栓是否松动，合适后拧紧地脚螺栓的螺母，最后再检查一下整台机组的水平度，稍有不平时，可用斜铁找平。After the cement congealment, check if the basement and foundation bolt become flexible or not, tighten the nut of foundation bolt if the basement and foundation bolt is OK, finally check the levelness of the whole set of equipment, if any rugged, regulate it by the parallels.（4）在船上安装时，应保证安装基础面的平整与坚固，各联结位置螺栓必须紧固，并有足够的预紧力。When install on the ship, ensure the evenly and firmly of install basement, all the bolts at the joint parts should be tighten and have enough pretightening force.（5）联轴器中间应有3-5mm间隙，泵轴与电机轴的中心线应一致，检查并调整泵联器与电联器上下左右的母线，使其平行并且偏差在0.1mm内，就可以很好的保证泵与电机中心线的一致。There should be 3-5mm clearance in the shaft coupling.（6）泵的吸入管路和吐出管路应有各自的支架，不允许管路重量直接由水泵承受。The inlet pipe and outlet pipe should have respective supports; the pump should not directly bear the weight of pipe. （7）轴承部位加注润滑油或润滑脂。Irrigate lubricated grease or lubricated oil at the bearing parts.（8）泵轴与电机旋转方向应一致，开机之前应拆下柱销，脱开泵与电机，检查电机运转方向同铭牌方向是否一致，如方向相反，只要把三根引线中任意两根对换位置连接即可。The rotation direction of pump axial should be identical with the motor, demounting the plug before startup, take off the pump and motor, check if the rotation direction of motor identical with the nameplate, if against the grain, swapping position of any two in three down-leads and connect.（9）泵在吸入管路应装上控制阀门，泵的安装位置高于液面（泵的吸程允许范围内）时，应在排水管路上设置灌液装置，供启动前灌液之用。泵的安装位置低于液面时，可以打开吸入管路上的阀门直接引水。Install control gate at the suction pipe，while the position of pump install should higher than the fluid level (the permit range of pump suction),to set up filler equipment on the drainpipe, use for filler before startup. While the pump installs position lower than the fluid level, open the valve on the suction pipe and flume directly.（10）水泵的安装高度必须根据汽蚀余量NPSHr的要求，避免发生汽蚀。The installation height must according to the request of NPSHr to avoid the cavitations occur.（11）泵的安装高度，管路的长度、直径、流速应经过计算，达到一个适宜的流速，力求减少不必要的阻力损失。The height of pump installation, the length, diagram, flow speed after calculation, try the best to reduce the lose that unnecessary.（12）长距离输送时应取较大的管径，较低的流速，以节约能源，输送料浆时应比沉降流速略高，以避免发生堵管，影响系统的正常运转。Take bigger caliber, lower flow speed when long distance transportation to conservate energy. The speed of transported the slurry should a little higher than the critical speed to avoided pipe blockage and influence the normal rotation.（13）水泵输送浆料后，泵体内充满浆料，停机后浆料会沉积在泵下半部，堵塞住叶轮，如果需要转动时用撬棍盘动。After the pump transport the slurry, the pump body inside were full of slurry, the slurry would deposited at the bottom of pump, to block the impeller, so use a crow to turn when rotating.3、启动前的安全检查：The safety check before startup.检查泵手动盘车能在一周以上，并且无擦、刮等现象；Check the HM test run of pump could turn a whole Kirkland no rubbing and scrape.检查电机旋转方向是否已确认；Check if the motor rotating direction has been confirmed.检查联轴器柱销是否已安装并螺母已紧固；Check if the coupling bolt has been installed and nut have been tightened.检查联轴器罩是否已盖好，保证人不会接触到联轴器，保证联轴器不与联轴器罩摩擦；保证电机接线盒完整并已经盖好；Check if the coupling cover have been covered, ensure that human-being would not contact with the coupling, ensure the coupling would not rubbing with the cover of coupling, ensure the motor junction box was complete and covered.保证电缆线绝缘已经确定；Ensure the isolate of cable conductor。保证电机开关部件完好，并确定绝缘完好；Ensure the complete of motor power switch parts and the complete of isolate.保证各管路上的螺栓全部紧固，密封垫完整；Ensure the all the bolts on the pipe have been tighten, and the sealing washer is complete.确认轴承箱内有适宜的润滑油或润滑脂；Ensure there is suitable lubricated oil or lubricated grease.确认需要冷却的部位已经开启冷却水；Ensure the parts that need cooling had opened the cooling water.确认泵填料的松紧程度适宜；Ensure the pump stuffing measurement is suitable.确认进口阀门已经打
