动漫辅助大学英语课堂教学 东南大学外国语学院郭井 摘要 英语教学的效果与课堂教学方法及课堂气氛等有着密切的关系。我国英语教学改革倡导 已久，但笔者近期针对南京四所大专院校非英语专业学生所开展的一项基于英语课堂教学现 状的调查表明：目前大学英语的课堂教学仍然以教师讲解为主。由于缺少师生间的交互，课 堂教学气氛沉闷，学生对英语学习的兴趣不高。从长远看，不利于学生对英语的掌握及语言 能力的提高。 其实许多英语教育工作者已注意到这一点，一直在努力解决这些问题。随着现代科学技 术的发展，他们提倡将计算机多媒体技术与英语教学相结合，利用计算机的互动性，资源性、 普及性去优化英语教学效果。这种新的教学模式被称为计算机辅助语言教学( c a l l ) 。但目 前，绝大多数教师只是将计算机辅助语言教学局限于p o w e r p o i n t 的使用上，而p o w e r p o i n t 单调呆板，缺少互动的弱点往往挫伤了学生学习的兴趣。 笔者认为先进的计算机多媒体技术应与大学英语课堂教学相结合，从而更好地促进我们 的英语课堂教与学。当今的多媒体技术多种多样，其中用f l a s h 2 0 0 4 软件制作的动漫具有强 大的表现力和互动性。作为网络流行元素之一的动漫在叙事方面的表达特征类似于影视，其 生动的图画，绮丽的色彩以及动听的音乐深得年青人的喜爱，已经成为他们生活中不可缺少 的一部分。它在英语课堂中的合理应用，能丰富课堂教学内容，激发学生的学习兴趣，弥补 传统教学法的不足，合理地化解知识的难度，突出教学的重点，优化课堂教学，有效调动学 生学习的能动性，为教好英语课程提供了最佳教学手段。对培养学生的听、说、读，写能力 有着积极的作用。 本文首先对f l a s h 以及它的制作环境f l a s h 2 0 0 4 软件进行了简明的介绍，其次阐述什么是 动漫辅助大学英语课常教学以及它的理论与实践基础，然后对动漫辅助人学英语课堂教学与 计算机辅助诰言教学的关系、计算机辅助语言教学的基本概念，以及计算机辅助语言教学的 历史和发展力向都进 r 了说明。论文的第三章1 ，通过问卷调商，就所获数据对我【日英语教学 i v 的现状和存在的问题进行了讨论与分析，同时提出了解决方法。第四部分首先以一定的篇幅 介绍了白行设计多媒体课件的原因、目的，以及多媒体课件设计依据的原理，然后通过笔者 亲自制作的多个动漫教学课件样件展示了课件制作的流程。同时以光碟和文字形式分别记录 与保存了所设计的样本课件。第五章则是实证部分，通过将动漫辅助大学英语课堂教学的理 论应用于教学实践，来检验其可行性和有效性。整个实验持续一个学期，通过问卷、语言测 试等工具取得了实验班和控制班的相关数据，并对数据进行了定量与定性的分析。数据分析 表明，与控制班相比，实验班不仅成绩明显进步，而且学生学习兴趣与学习能力得到提高， 班级气氛也较以前大为改观而变得活跃融洽。实践证明，把动漫应用于大学英语课堂教学， 能够充分提高学生学习英语的兴趣，挖掘学生的学习潜力，改善课堂教学气氛；对于提高教 学质量和效率具有一定的促进作用。最后，针对本次英语教学实验所取得的成果和不足，对 进一步利用动漫辅助外语教学提出了一些可行的和建设性的建议。 关键词：大学英语教学；计算机辅助英语教学；动漫 v f l a s h -
