（英语语言文学专业论文）《新视野大学英语》教材的评估.pdf

摘要教材是英语教学中不可或缺的部分，对于教与学的各个方面都有着深刻的影响。随着国家大学英语教学改革的进行，许多大学英语教材应运而生。新视野大学英语是2 0 0 2 年出版的一套全新的大学英语教材。自从出版以来在全国高校被广泛使用。教材评估是一项颇具挑战性的工作。不仅要考虑教学的目标，而且要可考虑教师和学习者的需求。新出的国家英语教学大纲对大学英语教学提供了一个主要的依据，设置了目标和要求。本文尝试对新视野大学英语进行评估，目的是揭示这套教材与国家英语教学大纲的一致性，以及这套教材的可用性、适用性、实用性以及灵活性。本文从教材评估的标准着手，对这套教材的设计组织、语言内容、技能培养、话题、教学方法、以及教师用书各个方面作了评价。本文的数据主要来自于问卷、访谈和教材课文本身的语料库。对于数据的分析，本文采用了定性和定量方法相结合的方法。对于从闯卷和课文语料库中收集韵数据主要借助计算机软件如s p s s 等进行了定量分析。对于从访谈中得到的数据主要是通过观察、综合、归纳和描述的方法进行了分析。本文的研究结果表明新视野大学英语是一套总体上符合大学英语课程要求的教材。该教材在语言内容和话题设置上都得到了教师和学生的好评，在设计组织和技能培养上都具有较高的实用性。但是在综合技能培养、教学方法和教师用书方面还存在一些缺陷。因此，文章最后对教材的修订和使用向教材编写者和使用者提出了一些建议。关键词：教材；大纲；评估ma
