内容摘要 资产负偾管理是八十年代以来西方银行金融机构和非银行金融机 构推崇的先进经营管理技术。保险公司资产负债管理通过协调保险公司 资产负债表的各个项目，把资产负债表的各项交易和帐户作为一个动态 系统来管理，以谋求保险资金运动的安全性、效益性和流动性的协调统 一。本文借鉴西方资产负债管理的成功经验，结合我国保险经营的实际 情况，从保险资金运动的角度对我国保险公司的资产负债管理理论与实 务进行探讨。 本文分前言和正文两部分。正文共分以下六章。 第一章，资产负债管理概述，论述了保险公司资产负债管理的对 象、目标、原理等基本理论。 保险公司的一切经营活动，从根本上讲，都是保险资金运动的外在 表现形式，保险公司资产负债管理就是对保险资金运动进行全面的综合 性管理。而保险资金运动具有自身的特点：资金流入的稳定性和资金流 出的不确定性，保险公司的资产业务和负债业务也具有与银行业不同的 特点，因而保险公司的资产负债管理体系具有自身的独特性。 保险资金运动的管理原则是安全性、效益性和流动性的对立统一， 因而对保险资金运动进行管理的资产负债管理，其目标就是在保证保险 资金运动安全性的前提下，通过灵活调节流动性，来致力于提高效益 性。由于保险公司一切经营管理活动都以财务管理为核心，财务管理以 偿付能力管理为核心。但无论保险公司的财务管理，还是偿付能力管 理，都主要通过加强资产负债管理来实现，因而加强保险公司资产负债 管理具有十分重大的意义。 保险公司现代资产负债管理理论，是在资产管理理论、负债管理理 论的基础之上发展而来的。资产管理理论包括商业性贷款理论、可转换 性理论和预期收入理论。负债管理理论，主要通过“创造负债”来实现 资产负债的平衡。资产负债管理理论是以资产负债表各科饵之间的“对 称原则”为基础，来实现保险资金运动安全性、效益性和流动性的对立 统一。本文正是以现代资产负蓣管理理论为基础，来构建保险公司资产 负债管理体系。资产负债管理的原则：总量平衡原则和结构平衡原则。 总薰平衡原剡，不仅指负债总量平衡和资产总豢平衡，慈虽还毯括资产 负债总量平衡，其实质是根据负债规模爿乏安排资产规模，防止超负荷运 转；蔺辩还鬟求麓黻结稳对称，帮在决定保险资金运鼷维舍辩，考虑澄
