5 单晶组装超细直径单壁碳纳米管 摘要 自从1 9 9 1 年日本n e c 公司的科学家i i j i m a 发现碳纳米管以来，由于其优异的电 子、电化学和机械性能，而b i 起了人们在基础研究和应用领域的广泛关注。1 9 9 8 年，香港科技大学物理系的汤子康课题组利用a i p 0 4 5 分子筛组装出了分散均匀、 直径仅为4 a 的超细单壁碳纳米管。它显示出了奇特的物理、化学性能，比如，在 1 5 k 温度一下出现超导现象和超强的吸附锂离子的性能。但是，这里依然存在一些 问题：作为a i p 0 4 5 分子筛模板剂的t p a 在加热分解形成碳纳米管的过程，一部分 沿着孔道被释放了出来，致使孔道内碳纳米管的质量和密度降低，因而为了达到试 验的要求，往往需要从众多的样品中挑选几个这个问题影响t 4 a 单壁碳纳米管在 基础研究和工业领域中的大量应用。本论文通过在m e a p o 5 晶体中组装单壁碳纳 米管的途径提高了碳纳米管的质量和密度，并考察了有机模板剂t p a 在c o a p o - 5 晶 体孔道中分解形成碳纳米管的过程。 生长出了a i p 0 4 5 晶体，并对其进行参杂生长出m e a p o 5 ( m e = s i 、c o 、c r 、 t i ) 晶体。光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜( s e m ) 观测了晶体的质量；x 射线耪末衍 射仪( x r d ) 和红外吸收( f t i r ) 分析了晶体的结构，其结果表明m e a p o 一5 晶体和 a i p o t 5 晶体具有同样的晶体结构；x 射线荧光分析( x r f ) 测试了晶体的成分，其 结果显示当s i 进入晶格取代了p ，而c r 和c o 取代的却是a l 。 通过热解a l p 0 4 5 和m e a p o 5 晶体一维孔道中的有机模板剂( 在晶体生长过 程中引入的) 合成出超细单壁碳纳米管。用不同有机模板剂( 三乙胺( t e a ) ，三丙胺 ( t p a ) ，和氢氧化四丙基铵f f p a + ) ) 合成出a i p 0 4 5 单晶，以此单晶作为模板组装出 碳纳米管。拉曼光谱和偏振吸收光谱测试结果显示：增自n a i p o 。一5 晶体孔道中有机 模板剂的炭的含量有助于提高碳纳米管的质量和密度。利用不同m e a p o 5 晶体， 以及不同参杂浓度的晶体作为模板组装碳纳米管，其结果显示在s a p o 5 和c o a p o 山东大学硕士学位论文 5 晶体孔道中的碳纳米管的质量比在a 1 p 0 4 5 、c r a p o ，5 和t i a p o 5 晶体孔道中的好 得多，密度也要大锝多。而且随着s i 在$ a p o 5 晶体中的含量的增加，碳纳米管的 质量和密度也有显著的提高。红外吸收的结果显示：由于杂质原子进入晶格中，产 生了b r 争n s t e d 酸位，从而改善了晶格的催化性能，使t p a 的分解更加剧烈，进而提 高了碳纳米管的质量和密度。 利用红外吸收和拉曼光谱仪，我们研究了随着温度变化c o a p o 5 晶体孔道中 t p a 的分解形成碳纳米管的过程。其结果表明t p a 在6 7 3k 分解后首先生长成石墨 层，进而生长成碳纳米管。与a i p o 。5 晶体相比，这个分解温度明显的降低了。 关键词：m e a p o 一5 单晶：水热生长：单壁碳纳米管；组装 2 山东大学硕士学位论文 s y n t h e s i so f u l t r a -
