中文摘要 摘要 近年来由于先进教育观念的传播以及教学方式的转变和发展，英语教育者在 注重知识传授的基础上越来越强调英语学习者的心理状态对学习效果和效率所 起的作用及影响。虽然一个积极向上的英语学习心理能够带给学习者事半功倍的 效果，但是学习者在学习过程中往往存在着各种心理障碍，使英语学习不能达到 预期效果作用。然而，如何克服在众多学习者中普遍存在的英语学习心理障碍问 题是近年来教育学者和一线教师一直研究并致力于解决的一个问题。 本文详细地阐述了英语学习心过程中心理障碍的种种表现，主要表现为焦虑 心理和自卑情结引发的一种厌学情绪，同时还夹杂着不够积极正确的学习动机和 学习兴趣。同时，以构成英语学习者主体部分的高中生和大学生为主要对象，通 过英语学习方面的问卷调查简要分析了产生英语学习心理障碍的原因并针对学 习者中普遍存在的心理障碍问题陈述了教师所应该采取的措施和解决办法。经过 一系列的调查研究及数据分析，得出的结论是只有当学习者具备了积极的学习动 机，克服了焦虑心理和自卑情结，才有可能将消极的英语厌学情绪转化为积极的 爱学表现。然而这种理想化的学习表现并不只是学习者自身的责任所在，而是需 要教师和学习者的积极配合，良性沟通以及情感上和谐共处才有可能实现。此外，
