变化，新的拓展运动、时尚运动、户外运动和各种体能锻炼方法层出不穷，与田径运动 相关的交叉学科和领域也大量涌现， 这些变化都迫切需要对田径类课程进行深层次的研 究与重新建构。 2008 年， 北京奥运会的成功举办为我国体育事业提供了难得的历史机遇和广阔的发 展平台，如何进一步“宏扬奥运精神” “推广阳光体育运动”成为“后奥运时代”我 国体育事业发展的主旋律。 中共中央国务院关于深化教育改革全面推进素质教育的决 定指出： “健康体魄是青少年为祖国和人民服务的基本前提，是中华民族旺盛生命力 的体现。学校教育要树立“健康第一”的指导思想，切实加强体育工作，使学生掌握基 本的运动技能，养成坚持锻炼身体的良好习惯。 ”现阶段我国教育工作的难点在农村， 同样学校体育工作的难点也在农村 1。 如果农村落后地区的教育和体育工作上不去， 中 国教育改革和发展纲要提出的总目标， 学校体育工作条例提出的增强全国学生体 质，提高学生身心健康水平的历史任务就不可能实现。学校体育是学校教育的重要组成 部分，学校体育活动的开展与体育教学过程的实施，是实现学校体育工作最基本的、最 重要的组织形式和途径。田径教学是体育教学中的主要内容之一，它在中学体育教学大 纲中占有相当大的比重。田径教学的开展情况，在一定程度上反映了中学体育教学计划 的完成与总体的教学质量。通过对田径基本知识、基本技能的学习，将有助于促进中学 生身体形态和各器官系统功能的协调发展，提高耐力、力量、灵敏等身体素质和基本活 动能力，培养学生勇敢、顽强的意志品质，这是其它运动项目所不能代替的。组织好中 学田径教学工作， 有利于顺利地完成素质教育的任务， 对提高学生身体素质及运动能力， 培养良好的体育锻炼习惯，促进学生的全面发展，有着重要的意义。山东省是个农业大 省，农业人口较多，大多数的初级中学在农村，农村学校体育已成为农村学校教育的薄 弱环节。因此，山东省农村中学体育教学的发展状况如何，是影响整个山东省中学体育 教学改革以及完成中学素质教育任务的关键所在。 本文运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法等研究方法， 对目前山东省农村初级中学体育师资队伍，体育教学场地、器材、经费的投入，田径运 山东师范大学硕士学位论文 ii 动教学情况，进行调查分析与研究，在研究过程中得出以下结论： 1. 新课程标准出台以后，各初级中学普遍执行体育与健康课程，体育教师对体育与 健康课程标准的基本理念有所了解，但深入学习不够，没有做到认真研究和学习新课 程标准，对其内涵领悟不够透彻。 2.体育场地、设施、器材不能保障和满足体育教学的需要，学校没有完全执行国家教育 部的有关政策，体育经费短缺，场地器材得不到改善，学生喜欢的运动项目无法开展， 学校领导对体育课教学不重视、体育法规意识淡薄。 3.田径教学内容仍然以竞技运动项目为主，其中掷实心球、跳远、接力跑、快速跑、耐 久跑仍是目前大部分中学体育教师采用的教学内容。 4.在教学方法方面:新课程标准要求在选择适当的教学组织形式的同时，必须高度重视 教学方法的改革。目前中学田径教学主要还是采用传统教学法。以示范法、讲解法、预 防与纠正错误法和分解法等为主，并且仍然是重视教师的教而忽视学生积极主动的学， 学生大部分还是被动、应付性的接受教师的指导。 5.在评价方式方面:由于受长期的体能与技能评定的影响，当前还是以达标成绩、技能 水平、出勤情况等为主要评定内容。新课程标准强调建立评价内容多元化、评价方式多
