摘要 语法隐喻这一概念自韩礼德提出以来，就一直是个热门话题。关于此话题的 各种研究层出不穷，既有理论方面的，也有实践方面的，被运用于该理论研究的 语篇各种各样，如：科技语篇、新闻语篇、法律语篇、诗歌翻译等等。但是，到 目前为止，鲜有学者将语法隐喻运用于酒店英语语篇的研究之中。本文尝试运用 功能语言学的方法，探讨语法隐喻在酒店英语中的分布，致力于解决以下问题： ( 1 ) 语法隐喻的不同类型在酒店英语中是如何分布的? ( 2 ) 语法隐喻在酒店英 语交流中有何重要作用?
