混凝土浇筑与振捣的安全要求(一)浇筑深基础混凝土前和在施工过程中,应检查基坑边坡土质有无崩裂塌的危险。如发现危险现象,应立即排除。同时,工具、材料不应堆置在基坑边沿。(二)浇筑混凝土使用的溜槽及串筒节间应连接牢固。操作部位应有护身栏杆,不准直接站在溜槽帮上操作。(三)浇筑无楼板的框架梁、柱混时,应架设临时脚手架,禁止站在梁或柱的模板或临时支撑上操作。(四)浇筑房屋边沿梁、柱混凝土时,外部应有脚手架或安全网。如脚手架平桥离开建筑物超过20 cm 时,须将空隙部位牢固遮盖或装设安全网。(五)浇筑拱形结构时,应自两边拱脚对称地同时进行;浇圈梁、雨篷、阳台,应设防护措施;浇筑料仓时,下出料口应先行封闭,并搭设临时脚手架,以防人员下坠。(六)夜间浇筑混凝土,应有足够的照明设备。(七)使用振捣器时,应按混凝土振捣器使用安全要求执行,湿手不得接触开关,电源线不得有破损和漏电。开关箱内应装设防溅的漏电保护器,漏电保护器其额定漏电动作电流应不大于30mA,额定漏电动作时间应小于0.1s。五、 混凝土养护的安全要求(一)已浇守的混凝土,应加以覆盖和浇水,使混凝土在规定的养护期内,始终能保持足够的湿润状态。(二)覆盖养护混凝土时,楼板如有孔洞,隐钉板封盖或设置防护栏杆或安全网。(三)拉移胶水客浇水养护混凝土时,不得倒退走路,注意梯口、洞口和建筑物的边沿处,以防踏误失足坠落。(四)禁止在混凝土养护窖(池)边沿站立或行走,同时应将窖(池)盖板和地沟孔洞盖牢和盖严,严防失足坠落。六、 混凝土工程机械使用安全要求(一)一般安全要求1、混凝土机械上装置的内燃机、电动机、空压机以及液压传动机构应符合“通用机械”有关的安全规定。2、作业场地要有良好的排水条件,机械近旁应有水源,机棚内应有良好的通风,采光及防雨,防冻条件,并不得有积水。3、固定机械要有可靠的基础,移动式机械应在平坦坚硬的地坪上用方木或撑架架牢,并保持水平。4、气温降到5以下时,管道、泵、机内均应采取防冻保温措施。5、作业后,应及时将机内、水箱内、管道内的存料、积水放尽,并清洁保养机械,清理工作场地,切断电源,锁好电闸箱。6、 装有轮胎的机械,转移时拖行速度不得超过25 km/h。(二)混凝土搅拌机使用安全要求1、固定式搅拌机的操纵台应使操作人员看到各个部位工作情况,仪表、指示信号准确可靠,电动搅拌机制操纵台应垫上橡胶或干燥板。2、移动式搅拌机长期停放或使用时间超过3个月或上时,应将轮胎卸下妥善保管,轮轴端部应做好清洁和防锈工作。3、搅拌机的齿轮、皮带传动部分,均应装设防护罩。 4、传动机构、工作装置、制动器等,均应紧固、灵活可靠,保证正常工作。5、骨料规格应与搅拌机的性能相符,超出许可范围的不得使用。6、作业前应进行空机试运转,检查搅拌筒或搅拌叶的转动方向、各工作装置的操作、制动、确认正常,方可作业。7、向搅拌筒内加料应在动转中进行,添加新料必须先将搅拌机内原有的混凝土全部卸出后才能进行,不得中途停机或在满载荷时启动搅拌机,反转出料者除外。8、作业中,如发生故障不能继续运转时,应立即切断电源,将搅拌机筒内的混凝土清除干净,然后进行检修。9、作业后应对搅拌机进行全面 清洗,操作人员如需进入筒内清洗或检修时,必须切断电源,设专人在外监护,或卸下熔断器并锁好电闸箱,然后方可进入。10、作业后,应将料斗降落到料斗坑,如须升起则应用链条扣牢。(三)混凝土泵送设备使用安全要求1、泵送设备放置应离基坑边缘保持一定距离。在布料杆动作范围内无障碍物,无高压线,设置布料杆动作的地方必须具有足够的支承力。2、水平泵送的管道敷设线路应接近直线,少弯曲,管道及管道支撑必须牢固可靠,且能承受输送过程所产生的水平推力;管道接头处应密封可靠“Y”型管道应装接锥形管。3、严禁将垂直管道直接装腔作势接在泵的输出口上,应在垂直管架设的前端装接长度不小于10cm 水平管,水平管近泵处应装逆止阀。敷设向下倾斜的管道时,下端应采用弯管等办法,增大阻力。如倾斜度较大,必要时,应在坡道上端装轩排气活阀,以利排气。4、砂石粒径、水泥标号及配合比应按原厂规定满足泵机可泵性的要求。5、天气炎热时应使用湿麻袋、湿草包等遮盖管道。6、泵车的停车制动荷锁紧制动应同时使用,轮胎应楔紧,水源供应正常和水箱应储满清水,料斗内应无杂物,各润滑点应润滑正常。7、泵送设备的各部螺栓应紧固,管道接头应紧固密封,防护装置应齐全可靠。8、各部位操作开关、调整手柄、手轮、控制杆、悬塞等均应在正确位置。液压系统应正常无泄漏。9、准备好清洗管、清洗用品、接球器及有关装置。作业前,必须先用按规定配置的水泥砂浆润滑管道。无关人员必须离开管道。10、布料杆支腿应全部伸出并支固,未支固前不启动布料杆。布料杆升离支架后方可回转。布料杆伸出时,应按顺序进行,严禁布料杆起吊或拖拉物件。11、当布料杆处于全伸出时,应按顺序进行,严禁移动车身。布料杆不得使用超过规定直径的配管,装接的软管应系防脱安全绳带。12、应随时监视各种仪表和指示灯,发现不正常应及时调整处理。如出现输送管堵塞时,应进行逆转(反抽)使混凝土返固料斗,必要时应拆管排除堵塞。13、泵送工作应连续作业,必须暂停时应每隔510min(冬季35min )泵送一次。若停止较长时间后泵送,应先逆向运转一至二个行程,然后顺向泵送。泵送时料斗应保持一定量的混凝土,不得吸空。14、应保持清洁度室内储满清水,在泵送时不断注入清水,使清洗室水质保持一定清洁度。当发现水质混浊并有较多沙粒时应及时检查处理。15、泵送系统受压力时,不得开启任何输送管道和液压管道。液压系统的安全阀不得任意调整,蓄能器只能充入氮气。16、作业后,必须将料斗内和管道内混凝土全部输出,然后对泵机、料斗、管道进行清洗,用压缩空气冲洗管道时,管道出口端前方10m内不得站人,并应用金属网篮等收集冲出的 cm,并不得多于两个弯;操作时振捣捧应自然垂直地插入混凝土,不得用力硬插、斜推或使钢筋夹注棒头,也不得全部插入混凝土中。4、振捣器应保持清洁,不得有混凝土粘结在电动机外壳上妨碍散热。发现温度过高时,应停歇降温后方可使用。5、作业转移时,电动机地电源线应保持有足够地长度和松度,严禁用电源线拖拉振捣器。6、电源线路要悬空移动,应注意避免电源线与地面和钢筋相摩擦及车辆的辗压。经常检查电源线的完好情况,发现破损应立即进行处理。7、用绳拉平板振捣器时,拉绳应干燥绝缘,移动或转向不得用脚踢电动机。8、振捣器与平板应保持紧固,电源线必须固定在平板上,电器开关应装在手把上。9、在一个构件上同时使用几台附着式振捣器工作时,所有振捣器的频率必须相同。10、操作人员必须穿戴绝缘胶鞋和绝缘手套。11、作业后,必须切断电源,做好清洗、保养工作。振捣器要放在干燥和,并有防雨措施。temporary
