坡航空公司的发展战略，能获取宝贵经验，缩短与先进航空企业之间 的差距。 本人因工作滞澳一年，由于新加坡航空公司在澳洲的市场开发暂 时无果而引发对该企业的关注，继而探究澳洲至今拒绝向新加坡航空 公司开放自己的国际航线经营权原因，终而开始研究新加坡航空公司 的发展战略；本文希望通过对新加坡航空公司未来发展战略的分析， 揭示航空企业当前和未来发展趋势。 在论文写作过程中，徐子健老师对研究的主题、内容、方法等都 提出了宝贵指导意见，在此表示感谢。 提要 世界航空业已经进入到了过度竞争阶段，企业的战略研究成为企业发展的当 务之急。 本文从八个部分详细研究了新加坡航空公司( 简称s l a ) 的未来发展战略。 首先概要介绍了新加坡航空公司的背景资料，以及本文的研究目标，包括： 1 、分析新加坡航空公司未来发展的市场机遇和威胁； 2 、研究公司资源的优势和劣势； 3 、为s i a 量身打造市场发展战略； 4 、制订有效实用的行动计划。 然后，对s i a 外部环境要素进行了分析，包括宏观经济环境分析、波特的五 种势力分析、竞争性分析、行业关键要素分析( k i s f ) 和所有者权益分析；同时 解析了内部环境要素，包括管理要素、财务、市场地位、独特竞争力和品牌、投 资组合要素分析等；在此基础上，对s i a 进行了s w o t 分析，其优势包括安全、 优质、政府支持、企业清晰的远景目标、强大人力资源和新技术运用等方面，弱 势在于结构庞大复杂、没有国内航线、国内市场容量极其有限、风险或危机处理 的财务管理等，以及机遇和威胁分析。 另外，本文阐述了可选择策略，包括功能层面、商业层面、企业层面和全球 范围的策略。功能策略可咀考虑市场、产品、财务和人力资源等方面：商业层面
