之一的教师必须积极行动起来提高自身素质，改善教学质量，而进行反思性教学是 教师能够改善课堂教学的有效途径。 反思性教学是一种新兴的教育理论与实践。反思性教学是指教师发现问题，解 决问题和进行复杂思考自我反思的过程，它是一种能够改进传统方法以适应新时代 英语教学的教学方法。 反思性教学目的在于改善教师的教学和提高自我发展。这种教学方法强调实际 教学过程，并且通过研究教学过程让老师对教学方式和原因有更深刻的了解。这种 方法以老师为中心，因为它涉及到教师通过观察课堂教学、收集资料等方式对自己 的课堂教学进行反思和分析，从而进行自我评价，改善教学质量以及提高自我发展。 本文从理论和实践角度对反思性教学进行论述，说明它在外语教学中的合适性 和可用性。教师要科学系统地开展反思性教学实践，从而改善英语课堂教学和实现
