酒店合作设计一般性框架1.0 设计流程：DESIGN PROGRESS根据酒店改造室内设计的一般过程，整个设计可以划分为以下5个阶段。在后续的篇幅中将详细描述合作双方的具体工作划分和相互协作的细节。For the Hotel interior design services of the renovation project, the design phasing shall be consisting of five stages (5 phases) as follows. The consultants shall be performed according to defined demarcated scope of services with its roles & responsibilities is。(1) 概念设计阶段 Concept Design Stage(2) 方案设计阶段 Schematic Design Stage(3) 深化设计阶段 Design Development Stage(4) 施工图阶段 Contract Document Stage(5) 施工配合阶段 Construction Stage2.0各阶段室内设计服务内容详细说明：SCOPE OF DESIGN SERVICES2.1 概念设计阶段CONCEPT DESIGN STAGE2.1.1DMD室内设计师的工作DMDs Interior Design ServicesDMD负责与业主协商根据清晰的设计服务范围制定设计计划和进度表。根据现场参观的评价，业主对现有设备整修的基本需求和信息，DMD需要为业主前期室内设计的确认准备以下的文件。DMD is to consult with the Client to establish design program and progress schedule with a clear basis for the scope and performance of services.Based on the review of the site visit, the Clients basic requirements and information for the renovation of the existing facilities, DMD is to prepare the following documents for the Clients confirmation of preliminary interior design.1. 现有设备的说明以适应业主基本需求的评价Review of the defined existing facilities to meet the Clients basic requirements.2. 包括设计进程和施工工作的项目进度表Assumed Project schedule consisting of design progress and construction works3. 指定项目组织结构表Assumed Project organization chart根据前期设计的确定，DMD需要准备以下的构思设计文件为了获得业主对设计构思和想法的确认。Based on confirmed Preliminary design, DMD is to prepare following conceptual design document for the presentation to obtain the Clients confirmation of design character and concept.1. 设计意向图Image photos for design direction2. 确定的区域的家具平面布置图Furniture Layout plans of defined refurbishment area3. 饰面材料的优化区分Prioritized finishing materialsIf require）2.2方案设计阶段SCHEMATIC DESIGN STAGE2.2.1 DMD室内设计师的工作DMD s Interior Design Services根据被批准的概念设计方案和为了获得业主的满意认可，DMD需要用一最终的颜色和材料板和重新设计的透视图做实际的陈述。室内设计进度表要包括以下方面。Based on the approved conceptual design and in order for us to obtain the Client approval with reasonable satisfaction, DMD is to make practical presentation with a final color & material boards and perspectives with refurbishment design. DMD定期每月一次参加施工过程中的会议以监控施工和设计意向的执行。所有问题的成本必须被项目经理批准认可预先与TRENDZONE沟通。DMD to attend at regular construction progress meetings once per a month DMD to monitor the construction and the execution of Design Intent. All cost related issues have to be approved by the Project Manager prior to communicating to the TZ.2. DMD有必要现场考察以监控进程关于每月暂停评估和坚持按照施工图DMD visit the site as necessary to monitor progress in respect of monthly interimvaluations and adherence to contract documents.3.
