Housing for more than 30 days, it should be settled at the end of the month the price.4. 酒店规定入住时间在中午12：00后，退房时间在中午12：00前。The check-in time is after 12:00am every day, while the check out time is before 12:00 am.5. 已预订房间仅保留至入住当日下午18时，有确切抵店时间或收到一天房费或以信用卡、保证金担保者则除外，房间预订以信用卡担保者则需提供卡号、有效日期和持卡人的全名。如担保预订未到则需收取所预订房间的一天房费作为补偿。All reservations will be released at 18:00 hours, unless guaranteed by credit card or in writing by the company. The credit card NO., valid date, and owner name should be provided. If the room is booked on voucher, but no one check-in, there should be charged one night room rate as the compensation.六、奖励计划/Rewards1. 凡在合约有效期内、按贵公司名称入住，且以正常的商务价格支付，累计满20个房晚之情况下，贵司将获得酒店赠送的免费房券（高级单人房）壹张（会议团、宴会团、特别推广及酒店旺季除外）。The above company name and contract rate should be provided upon staying our hotel reached 20 room nights ，the company will be enjoy superior room one night.(Except, Banquet, meeting, special promotion, high season).七、保密协定 Confidential Agreement 为保证双方利益，贵公司需对此协议价格保密，否则酒店有权终止本协议；贵公司如对以上协议内容无异议，敬请签署盖章后回传酒店保存，如需其它协助请与酒店销售经理联络。Our hotel reserve the right to stop the contract if the cooperated price is not kept confidential to ensure both benefits.
