Unit 4 Keeping clean 教材分析This unit from the sixth grade in the days of the 6 units, and students will master representation or description of some English expressions of personal hygiene. Through this chapter, the content of study is able to lead the students to learn more English expression, to learn and use English for communication.Cultivate students interest in English and expand their horizons. 教学目标【知识与能力目标】1. 学会句型What was your/the like this morning?和 It was . 并能用该句型结合情景做对话。 2. 学习一般过去时的用法。 3. 掌握以下单词的读音和意义:messy, tidy, clean, dirty, dry. 【知识与能力目标】培养学生用英语个人卫生习惯的能力。【情感目标】培养学生敢于用英语个人卫生习惯和描述一个物体的情况,培养学习英语的兴趣。 教学重难点【教学重点】1. 学习句型 What was your/the like this morning?并能用该句型进行交际。 2. 掌握以下单词的读音和意义:messy, tidy, clean, dirty, dry.【教学难点】熟练运用句式 What was your/the like this morning?进行交际。 课前准备 (1)材料准备:课件、单词卡、音频视频等。(2)教学方法:通过多种学生喜欢的活动形式,调动学生学习的积极性。重视联系生活实际,做到“在学中用,在用中学”,提高学生的语言运用能力。 教学过程Step 1. Greetings T: Good morning, boys and girls. Glad to meet you. Step 2. Lead-in Think about it. Whats your usual room like?Neat or messy?Are your shoes clean or not clean?Today we are going to learn to express this in English.First, try to write the meaning of the word wet, warm and cool.Teacher: what else do you know about keeping clean?Step 3. Teaching 1. Cooperate with each group to complete the pre-work.The sub-group discussed the words and sentences about keeping clean.The panels show the results of the discussion.2. Team work to learn words.Read the words you can read and other people in the group.The teams show results.Teacher and student evaluation.3.
