Unit 5What were you doing when the rainstorm came?Section B本课时编写:蚌埠高新教育集团实验中学 范鹏飞教学模式介绍探究式教学模式是指在教学过程中,要求学生在教师指导下,通过以“自主、探究、合作”为特征的学习方式对当前教学内容中的主要知识点进行自主学习、深入探究并进行小组合作交流,从而较好地达到课程标准中关于认知目标与情感目标要求的一种教学模式。其中认知目标涉及与学科相关知识、概念、原理与能力的掌握;情感目标则涉及思想感情与道德品质的培养。探究式课堂教学模式的教学环节:创设情境启发思考自主(或小组)探究协作交流总结提高Period 1设计思路说明【创设情境】让学生观看视频Late For School,谈谈对视频内容的理解。通过视频引入今天的教学。【启发思考】 让学生结合问题自由谈论,说说自己曾经上学迟到的原因和过程,启发学生思考,为接下来课文内容的学习奠定基础。【自主或小组探究】本环节分为阅读和听力两个部分,学生首先完成1a, 1b, 1c, 1d的听力练习,锻炼学生的听力能力。然后学生阅读有关马丁路德金和9-11事件的相关知识,完成2a的阅读练习,锻炼学生的阅读能力。【协作交流】 让学生在阅读后讨论并回答课文相关问题,注意让学生交流合作,提升学生的口头表达和交流能力。【总结提高】 教师带领学生复习巩固语法点:happen/take place, realize, make ones way to等。教材分析Section B 进一步加深和巩固本单元的话题内容,讲述一系列发生在过去某一时间的事情。教学重难点是进一步熟悉一般过去式和过去进行时的搭配使用,难点是运用这两种重要的时态描述事件。 教学目标【知识与能力目标】1. 掌握重点词汇和短语。2. 培养学生的阅读能力及技巧。3. 复习、运用过去进行时。【过程与方法目标】训练法,熟能生巧法,通过练习巩固复习所学知识。【情感态度价值观目标】培养学生在灾害面前要更团结,更友善,更懂得互相帮助。教学重难点【教学重点】1. 掌握重点词汇和短语。2. 复习、运用过去进行时。【教学难点】1. 培养学生的阅读能力及技巧。2. when和while的区别。课前准备图片,录音机,多媒体教学过程一、创设情境1.
