Ability of implementing the target language 90% students will be able to get the key information from a passage by reading, 80% will be able to get the main idea and the structure of a paragraph by reading. Divide the groupDivide the whole class into two big groups, and each big group contains four small groups which are responsible for four paragraphs of the passage.本节课为借班上课,师生互不熟悉,所以先以介绍我的朋友(机器人)以及展示我的朋友带我去过的照片引入本节课的话题,一则师生能在比较轻松的环境下进入话题,二则学生在无意识的状态中感知目标语言。激活学生已有的知识背景。突显了导入环节的三个特征,即激发学生学习兴趣(arouse)、激活学生先前的背景知识(activate)和引发学生关注后续的学习内容(advertise)。在此基础上,出示本节课的任务和目标,让学生一目了然。 通过把班级分为两大组,实现大组竞赛,而把大组又划分为四小组,每个小组负责文章四段中的一段内容(具体哪一段由抽签决定),降低阅读的难度,同时有效利用信息差(Information Gap)让学生互相交流阅读内容,获取更多知识。While-readingStep1.
