A separate and distinct movement is required to unlock before the valve can be turned on.当阀门关闭时,内置的安全自锁体会自动锁住。在阀门开启前,需手动复位解锁。1.3.13 Shut off valve1.3.13 截断阀A valve that shuts off completely the supply of gas.可以完全截断气流供应的阀门。1.3.14 Snap-acting/fly-off valve1.3.14 快速切断阀A shut off device with built-in spring-loaded mechanism or equivalent means that snaps the movable sealing member to the off position either from the on or turn-down positions.一种快速切断装置,内置弹簧加载结构或相似结构,能快速移动密封件从“on”或“turn-down”位置到“off”位置。1.3.15 Technical regulator1.3.15 技术监管机构The Government appointed person, body or authority that has jurisdiction over gas safety legislation (or other entity authorized by that person, body or authority).由政府任命的人、机构或团体有权管辖燃气安全法规(或由那个人、机构或团体授权的其他实体)。1.3.16 Tap1.3.16 阀门See Valve.同阀门1.3.17 Valve1.3.17 阀门A device for the purpose of controlling or shutting off flow.控制或截断流体的装置。S E C T I O N 2 D E S I G N A N D C O N S T R U C T I O N第二部分 设计和结构2.1 MATERIALS2.1 材料2.1.1 Continuity of satisfactory operation2.1.1 正常操作下的持久性Materials used in the construction shall be such that continuity of satisfactory operation can be expected during normal usage within the manufacturers specification.所用材料必须可满足产品在制造商规定的正常使用期限内能持久使用。2.1.2 Suitability of materials for conditions of use2.1.2 符合使用条件的材料Materials and finishes, including dressings and lubricants, used in the construction, shall be suitable for the conditions of use (e.g. corrosion, temperature, handling, etc.).所选的材料和表面处理材料,包括敷料物和润滑剂,必须适用于使用条件(如:锈蚀、温度、触摸(操作)等)。2.1.3 Materials in contact with gas2.1.3 接触燃气的材料Materials in contact with the gas, including lubricants, dressings and jointing compounds, shall be suitable for use with all gases.与燃气接触的材料,包括润滑剂,敷料物,粘合剂,必须适用于所有燃气。2.1.4 Melting point of materials2.1.4 材料的熔点Metallic materials used for the valve body(s), valve plugs, related structural components and retaining devices shall be made of materials with a melting point not less than 430C.用于阀体,阀塞,相关零部件及固定装置的金属材料熔点不得低于430。2.1.5 Copper containing alloys2.1.5 铜合金Components made of copper containing alloys (e.g. brasses) shall be resistant to season cracking when tested in accordance with AS 2136.由铜合金制成的零部件(如黄铜)在按照AS2136测试时须防自然开裂。2.1.6 Component parts materials selected to appropriate Standards2.1.6 选择符合标准的零部件材料Materials used for component parts shall be selected from appropriate Australian Standards or their equivalent.所选择的零部件材料须符合澳大利亚标准或同等标准。2.2 CONSTRUCTION2.2 结构2.2.1 Continuity of satisfactory operation2.2.1 正常操作下的持久性Construction shall ensure continued safe operation during usage within the manufacturers specification.产品结构须确保产品在制造商规定的正常操作下能持续安全使用。2.2.2 Castings and hot pressings2.2.2 铸件和热冲压件All castings and hot pressings shall be clean and sound, free from laps, blow holes and pitting and all surfaces not machine finished shall be clean, smooth and free from sand.所有铸件和热冲压件须清洁、完好,无皱纹、砂眼和凹痕。所有非机器处理的表面须清洁、光滑、无砂孔。2.2.3 Sealing of porous castings or cracks2.2.3 多孔铸件或缝隙的密封Porous castings or cracks in gas-carrying parts shall not be sealed other than by an accepted method for the impregnation of castings, e.g. vacuum impregnation.不得密封多孔铸件及气体流通部件中的缝隙,除了浸渍铸件法以外,如真空浸渍。2.2.4 Assembled valves to be clean2.2.4 组装阀须清洁The assembled valve shall not contain dirt, casting sand, swarf or other foreign matter. There shall be no excess diaphragm dressing, lubrication or jointing compound in the valve.组装阀不得含有污垢、铸造砂、金属屑或其他异物,不得有多余的膜片敷料物,润滑剂或粘合剂。2.2.5 Accidental displacement of parts2.2.5 部件的意外位移Every part shall be secure against accidental displacement and shall be constructed to maintain a fixed relationship between essential parts under normal and reasonable conditions of handling and usage so as to ensure continued compliance with this Standard.须防止任意部件发生位移,并且各个重要部件在正常合理的操作和使用下连接固定,以确保持续符合本标准。2.2.6 Attachment of knobs, handles, dials and pointers2.2.6 把手,手柄,表盘和指针的连接Knobs, handles, movable dials and pointers, where supplied, shall be securely attached to their spindles.把手,手柄,移动表盘和指针的地方须牢固地连接在它们的主轴上。2.2.7 Springs2.2.7 弹簧Springs shall be resistant to corrosion. The ends of a helical spring shall be flat and in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the spring. The coils of a cylindrical helical spring shall not be able to overlap.弹簧须耐腐蚀。螺旋弹簧的端部须平坦,端面与弹簧的轴心线垂直。圆柱形螺旋弹簧的线圈不可相交。2.2.8 Securing of parts together2.2.8 紧固部件Adhesives shall not be used for securing parts together without additional mechanical fixing means, except for labels.不得仅用粘合剂紧固部件而没有额外的机械固定装置,除标签外。2.2.9 Sharp edges2.2.9 锐边Constituent parts shall be free from sharp edges that may cause damage or injury.组成部件不得有锐边,以防损坏或造成伤害。2.2.10 Valves incorporating a means of ignition2.2.10 连接起火装置的阀门Where a means of ignition is incorporated with a valve, the valve shall be sufficiently robust to prevent distortion or damage in performing this additional operation.当连接起火装置时,阀门需足够坚固以防止起火时的变形或损坏。2.2.11 Means of limiting the travel of manual valves2.2.11 限制手动阀的移动The means of limiting the travel of a manual valve shall be so arranged that it cannot bedisplaced or damaged.须采取措施限制手动阀的移动,使之不能被置换或破坏。2.2.12 Holes for assembly or mounting2.2.12 装配或固定用的通孔Holes for screws, pins, etc., intended for the assembly of parts or for mounting shall not open into gasways and shall provide a minimum wall thickness of 1 mm from gasways.用螺钉、销等来装配或固定部件的通孔不得与气体通道相通,两者之间须有最小1毫米的壁厚。2.2.13 Permanent sealing of non-functional holes2.2.13 无用通孔的永久性密封Non-functional holes used for manufacture and which form a passage between gasways and the atmosphere shall be permanently sealed by mechanical means.造成气体通道与外部大气相通的无用通孔须用机械装置永久密封。2.2.14 Self tapping screws2.2.14 自攻螺钉Self-tapping screws, other than those that form a fully swaged machine type thread, shall not be used to secure together the external joint of a gas-carrying component that may be removed in servicing. The application of thread-forming screws shall be limited to malleable materials and shall not result in deformation or cracking of the component.自攻螺钉,除那些能完全扣压形成机型螺纹外,不得用于通气部件的外接头的固定连接,否则可能会在使用时松脱。螺纹型式螺钉仅限于可塑性材料,并且不会变形或开裂。2.2.15 Application of lubricant or sealant2.2.15 润滑剂或密封剂的使用Valves with a rated working pressure exceeding 7 kPa, which require the addition of lubricant or sealant to maintain gas tightness, shall be capable of having this added without dismantling the valve.额定工作压力超过7kPa的阀门需另外添加润滑剂或密封剂以保持气密性。这些阀门须能不用拆卸便可进行添加。2.2.16 Construction of parts not covered by this Standard2.2.16 本标准未涵盖的结构部件The construction of parts not covered by this Standard shall be in accordance with reasonable concepts of safety, substantiality and durability. The general assembly shall be of a neat and workmanlike character with all parts well fitted.本标准未涵盖的结构部件须遵循合理的安全性、实质性和耐久性的概念。全部零件须安装固定,整洁并精细。2.2.17 Tightening of a gland or any other adjustments2.2.17 密封垫的紧固或任何其他调整The tightening of a gland or any other adjustment shall not destroy the ability of the control to meet the requirements of this Standard.密封垫的紧固或任何其他调整不得破坏控制能力以满足本标准的要求。2.3 DESIGN2.3 设计2.3.1 Components requiring servicing2.3.1 部件的维修Components requiring servicing during normal use shall be accessible and shall be manufactured so that parts cannot be incorrectly assembled.部件在正常使用期间须维修并重造,使之能正确组装。2.3.2 Special tools not required for servicing or replacement2.3.2 维修或置换时无需特殊工具Special tools beyond those normally carried by service personnel shall not be required for field servicing or replacement.服务人员只需带一般所需工具进行现场维修或置换,无需特殊工具。2.3.3 Connections2.3.3 连接With the exception of a valve supplied with special purpose fittings for a specific appliance the connections shall be in accordance with an approved standard and, if threaded, shall be provided with spanner flats.须按照认可的标准连接,除了用于特定装置并配有特殊用途部件的阀门。如果是螺纹连接,则须有扳手平面。Valves shall be selected in accordance with AS 5601/AG 601 (female parallel threads are only permitted in applications up to 100 kPa).阀门须按照AS5601/AG601选择(内丝螺纹只允许最高100kPa)。2.3.4 Operation of valves2.3.4 阀门的操作Valves shall close in a clockwise direction and have a positive stop at the OFF position except those Type 2 valves where two separate functions are controlled by one valve.阀门须按顺时针关闭,并正停止在”OFF”位置上,除了第二种类型的阀门,因为它有两个独立的控制功能。2.3.5 Stop positions on valves2.3.5 阀门的停止位置Valves shall be provided with a positive stop in all FULL ON positions except those Type 2 valves having a turn-down position beyond the FULL ON position.阀门须在所有“FULL ON”位置上装有限位挡块,除了第二种类型的阀门,因为它在“FULL ON”位置外还有一个turn-down位置。2.3.6 Provision of check or detent in place of positive stop2.3.6 可代替限位挡块的止动装置Valves shall be provided with a check or detent where the OFF or FULL ON positions do not have a positive stop.当“OFF”或“FULL ON”位置没有限位挡块时,阀门须安装止动装置。2.3.7 Screw down valves2.3.7 旋压阀Screw down valves shall be so designed that it is impossible to withdraw the valve stem completely in the normal operation of the valve.阀杆在旋压阀正常使用时不会完全退出。2.3.8 Screws and nuts not to loosen2.3.8 螺钉和螺母不得松动Screws, nuts, etc., that regulate the tension of valve springs, shall not loosen in the operation of the valve.用来调节阀门弹簧张力的螺钉、螺母等不得在使用阀门时松动。2.3.9 Lubricantblockage or effect on gas flow2.3.9 润滑气流流通或堵塞Valves shall be such that in normal use and with reasonable application of lubricant the gas passages do not become blocked and the gas flow is not affected in any way.在正常使用和合理润滑的情况下,气体通道不会堵塞,并且气体流通不受任何影响。2.3.10 LeverOFF position2.3.10 手柄“OFF”位置Straight through valves with integral or permanently attached levers or T handles shall have the plane of the lever or handle at right angles to the direction of gas flow when the valve is in the OFF position.当阀门处于“OFF”位置时,长手柄或“T”型手柄中用来固定连接阀体的平面部位须垂直于气流方向。2.3.11 Means of compensating for wear2.3.11 磨损修复Valves shall be provided with means of compensating for wear and shall have adequate clearances for this to operate.阀门须进行磨损修复,并有足够的空隙操作。2.3.12 Valves with associated electrical device2.3.12 连接电气装置的阀门Where a valve has an associated electrical device, the device shall meet the requirements of the appropriate electrical authority.若阀门连接有电气装置,该装置应符合相应的电气机构的要求。2.3.13 Type 1 valves2.3.13 第一种类型阀门2.3.13.1 Metallic materials2.3.13.1 金属材料The valve body(s), valve plugs, related structural components and retaining devices shall be made of metallic materials.阀体,阀塞,相关部件及固定装置须由金属材料制成。2.3.13.2 Angle between the fully open and fully closed positions2.3.13.2 全开或全闭位置之间的角度The valve shall have a 90 turn between the fully open and fully closed positions and the operating lever shall be permanently attached to the valve so that it cannot be incorrectly assembled.该阀全开和全闭位置之间须有一个90度的转弯,且操作杆须永久地连接在阀门上,以防被组装错误。2.3.13.3 Single action lever to close valve2.3.13.3 单动闭阀杠杆The operating lever shall be of a single action type to close the valve.操作杆须以单一动作来关闭阀门。2.3.13.4 Valve to be sealed and gas tighttravel angle2.3.13.4 阀门的气密性移动角度The valve shall be sealed and gas tight after the operating lever has travelled through an angle of 85 from the fully open position, i.e. 5 of overtravel shall be provided from the point where the valve first becomes gas tight to the fully closed position. If the operating lever is released at this point, the valve shall not move to a position where leakage can occur.阀门的气密性应是操作杆从全开位置移动85度后开始,即阀门从剩下5度的起点开始密封直到完全关闭。若操作杆在这个点放开,则阀门不会移动到泄漏的位置。2.3.13.5 Operation or gas tightness of valves greater than 25mm2.3.13.5 大于25毫米的阀门操作或气密性A valve exceeding 25 mm nominal size shall not require any lubricant to operate or be gas tight if the rated working pressure of the valv
