摘要 摘要 埃兹拉 庞德是2 0 世纪英美文坛举足轻重的人物之一 他不仅是现代派著名诗人 而且也是著名批评家和翻译家 所倡导的意象派诗歌运动开英美现代诗歌之先河 在现 代文学史上是影响巨大 同时又备受争议 庞德翻译出版了大量中国古典诗歌 把中国 诗歌传统带进了西方现代派文化之中 推动了美国新诗运动的发展 而且 他也从中国 诗歌的翻译中受益颇深 掌握了中国诗人构建意境的技巧 并将其应用于自己的诗歌创 作中 他对中国的古典文化情有独钟 有着对中国文化的特殊 情结 庞德可谓是个 中国迷 对中国古典诗歌的喜爱达到了虔诚与痴迷的程度 从他早期在伦敦的文学创作 开始 一直到他晚年在意大利的诗歌创作中 庞德把他的中国情结与他对西方社会性质 的理解紧密的结合在一起 庞德不仅模仿中国古典诗歌的艺术手法 而且还将许多中国 古诗译成英语 在中诗英译过程中进行了大胆的创新 庞德以其鸿篇巨著 诗章 为中
