旅游英语课程实习总结报告姓名班级实习时间2010年5月28日实习地点合肥市徽园实习指导老师实习成绩Report on Tourism English PracticeIn order to improve English of we students in undergraduate level, grape the characteristics and nature of tourism English, enrich our knowledge about tourism English, master some necessary practical abilities of tourism, and finally achieve the purpose of cross-cultural communication successfully, our school carried out the tourism English practice. To a certain extent, sometimes, getting out of the classroom and using English in actual situation can really make us feel the glamour of English.After nearly a weeks expectation and preparation, there came the day for tourism English practice on May 28th. Our destination was Huiyuan. In order to leave enough time for enjoying beautiful scenery here after practice, we got up very early. After half an hours driving, we arrived at Huiyuan with great expectation. It seemed that everything was at the same side with us that day. The soft sunshine, the cool breeze, and the clear air all made us feel comfortable.Although I had spent much time on preparing, I only got some information about separate sections by searching on the Internet, even without brief distribution of Huiyuan. Owing to this, I tried desperately to look for map as soon as I entered the Huiyuan. Thanks to Mr. Chengs assistance, who was the guiding teacher of our team, I got the introduction about Huiyuan briefly. Unluckily, we took a wrong line. The consequence was that I had no choice but to be the first one to do my presentation, while actually I ought to be the third one to do my job according to the previous arrangement. Being the first one to say made me a little bit nervous, so that I forgot something important, and Mr. Cheng pointed out my mistake. After a short stay in Anqing section and Chizhou section, I finished all my jobs. Frankly, I was not so pleased with what I had done for it didnt go as I had expected. During the rest time, I just need to act as a tourist and listen to my classmates presentation, and provided some help, like taking photographs, for I was the headman of our team.To be honest, as an person, having been brought up in Anhui for about twenty years, I feel so ashamed that I know so little about Anhui. Short as the visit was, I truly experienced the beauty of Anhui, a charming place. The five splendid corolla-head columns standing erectly at the entrance of Huiyuan, the pastoral sculpture and the magnificent pagoda in the Anqing section, the religious Buddha in Chizhou section, so on so forth. From this experience, I also learned something meaningful. My failure in Anqing section taught me that the key to doing things successfully is that I ought to make sufficient preparation previously. It requested me that I should take everything that could happen into consideration.In a word, this visit to Huiyuan is worthwhile. Not on
