Look at me. Am I lovely? Am I slim? Am I rude? Am I cheerful? Am I polite? Am I smart? Am I worried? These are some of the descriptive adjectives used to describe the quality of a person. Now lets go to Module 7, on page 56, to learn more about Feelings and impressions. descriptive adjectivesgenerous, easygoing, ambitious, cheerful, hardworking, trustworthy, easy going, impatient, sensitive, moody, sociable, indecisive, reserved, lazy, attentiveListening and vocabulary1 Listen and number。On page 56 you see five pictures. Now listen and number the pictures2 Look and match.There are five sentences and five pictures on page 56. Read the sentences and match the sentences with the pictures.1 Oh dear, he looks angry picture d2 Is it fish soup? It tastes salty. picture b3 Theyre lovely shoes, but they feel tight. picture c4 Oh dear! This milk smells sour. picture a5 Have the children gone home? It sounds quiet. picture e3 Listen and read.Tony, Daming and Betty are having a small talk. That is, they are talking about something unimportant. Now listen to their talk first, paying attention to the pronunciation, stress, and the intonation of the native speakers.
