Unit4 We Love animals 三(上)A Lets Learn Lets do一、 教学目标(Teaching Aims)1、能听、说、认读本课所常见的单词rabbit, monkey, dog, duck, panda, cat.2、让学生在模仿动物叫声及形体特征的活动中尽情发挥表演才能,培养学生学习英语的兴趣。二、教学重、难点(Teaching Stress)1、进一步学习常见的几种动物单词monkey, dog, duck, panda, cat, rabbit。(重)2、强调panda, rabbit, cat三个单词中字母a都含相同的音。(难)三、教学准备(Teaching Aids)1、本课动物卡片和头饰及自制图片。2、录音机和磁带。四、教学过程(Teaching Steps)Step1: Warm-up1、Warm-upSing a song: How are you?T: Are you ready?Ss: Ready.T: Lets sing this song.Listen to the tape, OK?Ss: OKSs: (师生对唱,伴随拍手动作。在唱歌轻松地进入英语课堂学习)2、Greeting and do T: good afternoon, boys and girls Ss: good afternoon.T : How are you?Ss: Fine, thank you! T: shake your body / stamp your footT: Very good. Sit down please.3、Review the words PPT: pencil bag ear hand body tail(听指令做动作以及认读单词,回顾旧知识,同时通过呈现尾巴图片自然导入新知识monkey的教授)Step2: Presentation(呈现)1 Lead-in and teach the word monkey T: Whose tail is it? Ss: T: Its monkeys tail. Read the word monkey.T: Can you act like a monkey?Ss act like a monkey.T: Great. T: Today is monkeys birthday. He has a birthday party. Lets guess. What animal will go to his party?2 dog T: Listen! Who is coming? Ss: 狗T: Yes, its dog.Read the word dog.T: what does monkey say? Lets read together.Ss: .(同样的方式教授duck and cat )3 rabbitT: Look! Whats this? Lets guess.S: ears.T: whose ears ?Ss: 兔子T: Yes, its rabbit.T: Now. Read after me. Rabbit.Ss: Rabbit.T: Ra-bbi-t. Ss: Ra-bbi-t.T: Look at the rabbit. What colour is the rabbit? What colour are his eyes?Ss: White/ Red.T: Great(其他单词同上方法教学)4 panda T: The rabbit has red eyes. So what animal has black eyes? Ss: 熊猫 T: yes, its a panda.5、Read the wordsT: the party is going to start. Lets check the members.T: Look here. guess the riddles and read the words.T: lets check again. Look here and read together.(看图片读看板书读)T: ok, they are all here. Lets begin our party.Step3:Practice & Consolidation(操练与巩固)1、 Find and matchT;: first lets eat some food. Who likes fish/ bananas/ pork/ bamboos/ rice/ carrot?2、 GamesT: Now theyre full. Next lets play some games.Game1: Guess and do Teacher acts. Ss guess. Then do together.Game2: Competition between groupsWays(方式):Group1 is monkeyGroup2 is dog Group1 and Group2 are duck.Group3 is pandaGroup4 is catGroup3 and Group4 are rabbit.(老师说到哪个单词,那组人立刻站起来,并大声说这个单词,每组每个单词轮流一次。)Game3 : TPR (1)将各组分为动物小组T: Cat. Cat, touch your head.(Ss touch their heads.)T: Dog, dog, touch your face.(Ss touch their faces.)T: Monkey, monkey, show me your pencil.(Ss Show their pencils.)T: Duck, duck, open your book.(Ss open their books.)T: pandaSs (3)T: Whats this? (教师做兔子动作)Ss: Rabbit.T: Now, act like a rabbit.Ss做动作(其他单词同上教学方法,但也可以放手让学生去做,教师给一位学生看图片,做动作问其他学生:Whats this?用同样方式引导学生模仿其余小动物的动作,在这里可以放手让学生自己演,让他们根据自己的想象模仿自己喜欢的动物,形成生生互动,而教师就在旁边观察喜欢哪种动作,为下面的统一练习做准备。)3、 Listen to the tape(Lets do)T: Open your books.Turn to Page41.Now.
