We require konwledge from colledge and the faculty who play an important role in teaching us .the teacher is a leader to guid us to swimming in the sea of konwledge .we can not only get the konwledge from them about book and we also can get some experinece about the field we are foucus on .so in order to improve the quailty of instruction at the cokkege and unniversity level, most faculty should be requiered to spend enough time working outside the academic world in professions relevvant to the course they teach .We need fundamental konwledge from books but we also need the knowledge about the area we marjor in .teacher spend time outside the calss and lab can gain their experience of this area and can know more profound about the area so that can teach more konwledge that even cant get from the book .i have a friend who is study medical .she told me that her teacher cant read the graph of diagonoese because this teacher have no experience in the hospital . we learn something in college and unniversity is in order to have a good job one day so we need to study to use this konwledge in the future .when teachers have more experience in this area they can teach us the way to deal with the problem and the way to get along with the job . like my counting teacher ,a counter before she became a teacher ,is always telling about the problems that we may meet in a job ,something about the way to find a job and so on .in this way,we are not only study purity konwledge but also learn something about the job we may have one day .the purpose of colledge and unniversities are not only to pour knowledge into students brain but also teach them how to deal with the problems in the jobs the future they may meet .they have no enough chance to encounter those problems when they in college and unniversity so faulty are importantly to teach them . however not all the faulty should be requierd to spent a lot of time working outside the academic world.There are a sort of areas people foucus on .some subjects are purity science such as physic, mathematics, biologe ,those subjects need spend more time in lab to get experience to research but not to fit a job .such as bussiness ,marketing,teaching ,those subjects need more time to spend outside the school.
