硕士学位论文 m a s t e r jst h e s i s 摘要 本文合成了两个系列的不对称环状磷酰胺和环状磷氧杂环硫代硫脲化合 物 用2 氯 4 取代苯基 5 5 二甲基 2 一硫代 1 3 2 二氧磷杂环己烷和3 氨 基甲基吡啶的缩合反应得第一个系列目标产物 用反式 2 异硫氰基 4 取代苯 基 5 5 二甲基 2 硫代 1 3 2 二氧磷杂环己烷和3 一氨基甲基吡啶或2 氯 5 氨基甲基吡啶进行加成反应得第二个系列目标产物 目标产物的顺反异构体均可用柱层析分离提纯 且用红外光谱 核磁共 振氢谱 磷谱 质谱 元素分析对目标化合物的结构进行了表征 其中i3 a 的构型经x 一单晶衍射确定 初步的生物活性测试结果表明 新化合物具有较好的杀菌活性 部分化 合物具有一定的杀虫活性 关键词 l 3 2 二氧磷杂环 磷酰胺 硫代磷酰硫脲 取代毗啶 合成 x 一单晶衍射 生物活性
