Thank you. 1、目的 Purpose 为确保数据线的生产、检验工作有序进行，为过程质量控制、例行检验、最终成品检验和确认检验提供依据。This standard is the data cable quality acceptance criterion, to ensure the data cable design and produce meet the quality requirements, make sure product quality, provide the judgment standard for the inspection;2、适用范围 Scope本标准适用本公司手机产品的各种数据线质量检验。The standard will be applied to data cables quality evaluation and sampling inspection for all XXX products ;3、规范性引用文件 Referred files手机可靠性测试标准； reliability test standard手机外观检验标准；handset appearance inspection standard4、检验工具 Equipment游标卡尺、硬度计、投影测试机、振动测试仪、拉力计、压力计、扭曲测试仪、盐雾机、摇摆测试机、自由跌落测试机、拔插测试机、高低温箱Vernier Caliper, Hardness Meter, Projective Tester, Vibration Tester, Tension Meter, Pressure Meter, Torque Meter, Salt Tester, Swing Tester, Free Fall Tester, Insertion and Draw Tester, Temperature Chamber. 5、基本要求 Requirement 5.1 工作条件 Working condition工作温度范围Working temperature range ：-2065 相对湿度 Humidity：5%90%大气压力Atmospheric pressure：70 KPa106 KPa存储温度 Store Temperature: -40705.2 外观要求Appearance requirement数据线表面应平整无划痕，外观无损伤、碎裂痕迹、镀涂层剥落、外露金属无锈；塑料制品不应有起泡、断裂、变形、烫伤、污溃；卡簧安装方向正确。与手机连接的插头插入、取出方便；摇晃数据线，数据线内部应无晃动感，接头必须是模内注塑。The data cable appearance should be good, no obvious nick, deformed, no plating peel off, no rusty metal and other damage. Plastic part should not be bubbly, broken, deformed and other damage. The spring snaps should be installed correctly.
