Set-up and Decoration Agreement布展协议书Party A: Courtyard by Marriott Boluo .(Party A)立协议甲方：博罗佳兆业万怡酒店（以下简称甲方）Party B: (Party B)立协议乙方： （以下简称乙方）This agreement contains the rules and regulation related to events set-up in hotel and deposit payment, details below,本协议包括在酒店布展期间的相关条款规定及保证金支付等细节，详情如下： 一、Before Set-up布展施工前 1. Banquet Check-list and Set up Regulations Letter of Undertaking need to be finished and signed as a certification between Party A and Party B before set-up . 布展施工前甲乙双方需共同完成并签署布展场地设施检查表及布展规章承诺书以作凭证； 2. Party B should inform Party A if there are any special materials in terms of inflammable and explosive. Meanwhile have to declare the set-up design, construction scheme to the City Fire Brigade and only can start the construction with approval. 乙方必须事先向甲方申请，如有明火、易燃、易爆等特殊材料，必须同时向市消防支队报审布展设计、施工 方案，经审核同意后方可进场布展、施工； 3. Party B should provide the name list of constructors, also attached the related certification for special operators. 乙方向甲方提供施工人员名册，其中特种操作工须附相关证照复印件； 4. Party B should provide the list for the facility and equipments that use in hotel. Party B only can have the access into the hotel by the certain entrance and elevators after Party As inspection and record. 乙方向甲方提供进入酒店设施、设备的清单，在甲方核查登记后按照甲方指定的通道及货运电梯进入酒 店； 5. According to the exhibition scale (size for banquet room), Party B should sign the set-up agreement with Party A and pay RMB as deposit. Any unforeseen circumstances happen, both parties should resolve by consultation (Includes the claim for compensation). 按布展规模（即宴会厅大小），乙方在办理布展手续时，须签订有关布展协议，向甲方缴纳人民币 元 布展押金，出现任何意外情况, 由甲乙双方协商解决 (包括索赔金额) 。 6. Party B has to put cushions and protection under all goods to be moved into banquet meeting room, which include background board, stages, display stand, lighting stand and etc. Party B has the right to ask Party A stop the set-up immediately if there is no protection, and the set-up can only to be continued after the protection has been done. 乙方必须在所有运进宴会厅的物品及背景板、舞台、展示架、灯光架等所有外带设施下面垫缓冲物和 保护物，如有未垫缓冲物的施工酒店有权通知停止，直到有缓冲物后才可继续施工。7. After Party B entry the hotel, all goods and equipments have to placed at the certain area that assigned by Party Party B should pay RMB 200/per time as a fine and storage costs if they against this regulations.乙方进入酒店后，将需要存放的物品及设备按照甲方指定的地点存放，如有任何随意乱放物品，一经发现 甲方有权扣押并收取每次人民币200元的违约金及保管费用；8. If Party B uses the outside decoration such as rainbow door, display shelf and etc, must have the approval with City Appearance Bureau, Environment Bureau according to the Policy .Part A are not take any responsibility if Party B doing the decoration without approval. 乙方如有在酒店外围周边的广告宣传品（如空飘，彩虹门，展架等）的布置须持有当地市容、环卫等相关 部门批准的文件（非酒店管辖范围），并经甲方同意后方可布置，否则未经批准而擅自布置所产生的所有责任，甲方均不予承担。二、装修施工过程中，Part B should undertake and follow the regulations below during the set-up,装修施工过程中，乙方承诺遵守甲方以下管理规定：1. Party B has the full responsibility for the safety incidents during the construction, also should pay the related compensation to Party A. 乙方对施工现场的安全事故承担全责，同时，对因责任原因给酒店带来的损失承担赔偿；2. Party A has the right to do the inspection during construction to avoid the incident happen, Party B have to cooperate with Party A according to the agreement. 甲方有权对施工现场进行安全等涉及乙方履约行为的检查，及时通知乙方纠正违规现象，从而减少不必 要的事故损失，乙方配合甲方对施工现场的协议项监管；3. Party B cannot touch the original walls, floor, beam column and other structure. Cannot use the power equipment without Party As permission. Cannot damage the lighting, decoration and other hotel facilities. Part B should pay the compensation according to the follow rules if anything damaged：A. the damage amount is less than or equal to the 10% of deposit , pay the compensation according to the 10% of deposit. B. the damage amount is higher than the 10% Of deposit , pay the compensation according to the hotels actual offer compensation. 乙方在布展施工时不得触动原场地墙体、楼板、梁柱等结构，不得擅自使用未经甲方同意的各种电力设备，不得损坏灯饰、装饰物品等酒店设施，如有损坏，乙方将承担一切后果并按照以下规定赔偿：A. 损失的金额低于或等于押金10%的，按照押金10%金额赔偿；B.造成的损失金额高于押金10%的，按照酒店的实际报价赔偿。4. Party B should keep avoiding the impact of hotel operation and other functions at the same time. 施工过程中，乙方应尽量避免影响酒店同时间段其他会场的会议和部门的正常工作；5. Party B has to clean up all garbage to the assigned area by Party A during the construction. 布展、施工过程中所产生的垃圾必须按照甲方所指定地点及时清理干净;6. Every team member from Party B has to apply for Temporary Entry Card at Security Dept. of hotel, and enter hotel with the card. Party A will issue a fine RMB 200/per for 1 person if there is no entry card provided, and will take the related person away from hotel.乙方现场布展、施工人员 (包括现场负责人) 必须在酒店安全部申请临时出入证佩带进入会场，发现布展、施工现场未办证（包括未佩证）人员，甲方有权处乙方人民币200元人次的罚款，并立即将乙方人员带出酒店；7. Smoking is prohibited during the construction and RMB 200/per time will be issued if happened.乙方施工人员严禁在施工现场吸烟，违者一次对乙方处罚人民币200元；8. For Food safety，Bring food from outside and eat the food in the hotel public area is prohibited during the construction and RMB 200/per time will be issued if happened. Please contact Part A if need working meal.为保证酒店内食品安全，严禁从外面带入食品也严谨在酒店公共区域食用任何食品，违者一次对乙方处罚人民币200元；如有工作简餐需求，请提前联系酒店方；9. The indecent behaviorsuch as sleep in the hotel public area is prohibited during the construction and RMB 200/per time will be issued if happened.类似在酒店公共区域以及客区睡觉等不雅行为是被禁止的，违者一次对乙方处罚人民币200元； 三. After construction complete装修施工结束 1. After function completed, Party B has to remove all set-up from banquet room. Party A will return the set-up deposit to Party B after inspection. 活动结束后，乙方撤出所有布展物品后，经甲方确认无误后于次日退还布展保证金；四. Others其它事宜1. Party As exhibition coordinator: contact number: . 甲方会务布展协调负责人 ，联系方式 ；2.
