Im leaving because Im fed up.as重点在主句,原因或理由,只是附带的说明,所以不能用来回答why提问的问句。since和as接近,但语气较as强和正式,用来表示显然的、已知的理由。As you are busy, you need not go with me.Since you refuse to co-operate, I shall be forced to take legal advice.for是并列连词,引导的分句不能放在句首,其前面一般用逗号将主句隔开。for所说的理由或原因是一种补充说明,是一种比较有文气的说法,有时相当于because,可以表示直接原因,有时则不可。如:The ground is wet this morning, for/because it rained last night.It is morning, for the birds are singing in the trees. must have been 表示对过去事情的推测You must have seen him yesterday. 你昨天肯定见到了他。I dont think he can have heard you. Call again.我想他肯定没听到你的声音,再喊他。 be in the possession of 属于;为所有(含被动意味,主语应为物)be in possession of 拥有(含主动意味,主语应为人)He was born in New York, while the city was still in the possession of the British troops.
