d u r a 在1 9 7 7 年提出自我效能这一概念以来 许多学者对其产生了兴趣和 关注 并进行了大量的研究 众多研究证明自我效能是影响学习者学业成就的重要因素 另外 教师反馈在教育领域同样也引起了许多研究者的关注 而且教师反馈是影响学生 学习的一个重要的外部因素 尽管研究者已经意识到自我效能是影响学生学习成就的重 要因素 教师反馈可以有效的促进学生学习 但是将二者联系在一起进行研究的却很少 因此我们相信 探寻教师反馈能否提升非英语专业大学生英语学习自我效能具有重要的 理论意义和实践参考价值 因此本研究以此为切入点 假设教师反馈会对非英语专业大学生的英语学习自我效 能产生影响 为了证实此假设 作者在有关自我效能和教师反馈的前人研究的指导下 基于三个重要的理论基础即强化理论 归因理论和皮革马利翁效应 进行了实证研究 作者选取了中国石油大学 华东 化学化工专业的1 2 0 名大一学生作为研究对象 并将 o 其分为实验班和控制班 对实验班学生有意且频繁的实施教师反馈 对控制班则不刻意 进行 为期一个学期 作者进行了课堂观察和访谈 并对两个班级学生的自我效能进行 了前测和后测 对相关数据收集整理并进行了分析 研究教师反馈是否对非英语专业大 学生英语学习自我效能产生影响 研究的主要结论如下 1 通过对实验班和控制班所收集的数据对比分析发现 在大学英语教学过程中 有 意频繁的教师反馈能有效的提高学生的英语学习自我效能 2 积极的教师反馈如表扬 鼓励 期望 成败归因指导等 是最有效的提高学生英 语学习自我效能的方式 3 教师反馈对非英语专业大学生的英语学习自我效能的影响无显著性别差异 此 外 其受暗示性亦无显著性别差异 4 非英语专业大学生英语学习的听 说自我效能低于读 写自我效能 此外 教师 反馈对学生的英语学习一般自我效能和写作自我效能的提高影响更大 因此
