绝大部分高职院校的学生都能紧随时代潮流,在接受新事物的同时,端正自己的思想。但是也有部分学生在深层次的社会问题中存在着一些偏差,表现出很强的功利心和偏激的心理。所以培养学生积极健康的思想观成为高职院校学生管理工作中的第一要务。就此,本文与读者共同探讨在高职院校学生管理工作中思想政治教育存在哪些问题以及如何解决。一、高职院校学生管理工作中思想政治教育存在的问题1.学校对学生思想政治教育的工作不够关注随着大学的扩招,很多高职院校的大部分精力都放在了招生上,对学生思想政治教育工作缺乏积极性并且对工作的开展具有一定的盲目性。在未充分开展实地调查、不了解学生心理状况下轻易地凭以往的经验进行思想政治教育工作。并且很多教师和思想教育工作者对工作的重要性认识不到位,片面地认定学生的管理由学生工作处、辅导员等某些部门和人员就能完成。并且学生管理人员的工作范围越来越广泛,例如,辅导员不仅要关注学生教育工作,还要关注具体的班级事务以及学生的学习情况。可以说是高校中承担的工作职责最多、工作范围最宽、做的事情最杂、工作时间最长的岗位。如此之多的工作很容易导致辅导员疏于对学生思想政治教育工作的管理。2.在学生管理工作中,工作人员的素质有待提高虽然社会上高职院校占到了高等教育的一大半比例,但是就社会认知度而言,高职院校仍不如本科院校。而且,高职院校的辅导员队伍中有一部分是由原来的专职班主任、专业变化后的老师、相关管理人员转岗来的,这就导致了很大一部分的管理人员不具有思想政治教育的专业性,也无法从专业角度管理学生的思想政治教育工作。尤其是这部分管理人员和学生处于不同的时代,他们与学生对社会的认知度有一定的差别,既不能从学生切身实际管理学生,也不能从高境界思想出发管理学生,更不能为学生树立思想道德的榜样。这样就很容易造成管理人员和学生之间的隔阂。3.学校的类型多样,学生的水平参差不齐导致管理困难我国很多的高职院校由中专院校转变而来,大部分院校处在过渡阶段,这就直接导致了高职院校的学生也是多种多样的,中专生、大专生、成人高职生等,学生在年龄、人生观、价值观等方面存在很大的差异,这就使得管理工作变得更加困难。以辽宁某高职院校为例,由于学校是在原成人函授和中专院校的基础上成立的,现在校内有高职大专、初中起点的中专、初中起点的大专、函授专科、函授本科、研究生培训、社会培训等多种办学形式,每天校园里不同的人来来往往,学生素质差异很大,在基础文明、学风班风、安全教育、心理疏导、宿舍文明和活动开展上难达成统一标准,学校在管理时很难达到预期的效果。这种情况对不健康的思想的传播也起了推波助澜的作用。二、高职院校学生管理工作中思想政治教育问题的解决对策1.创造人性化的学生管理模式人性化管理模式就是以学生为主要培养对象,按照每个学生不同的个性特点结合教学管理体系,进行合理的结构设计,并建立系统的教学计划及教学大纲。在新的管理模式中,不再以批评教育为主,而是更加注重和学生之间的心理沟通,尊重学生的个性化发展,并强调理论结合实践,注重学生思想品德教育。创新的教育模式是将学校的每一个管理人员都积极调动起来,首先校长是第一责任人,管理团体是由校长领导,从上至下拓展的网络管理体系,依次是学院领导、学工处领导、二级学院学生院长、班级辅导员。从上到下,要求学校各阶层管理人员对学生工作中的思想政治教育有足够的重视。相信在全校工作人员的努力工作下,学生的思想政治教育问题能得到解决。2.完善高职院校学生辅导员管理机制第一步,提高管理人员的素质,这就意味着一定要把好辅导员的入门。管理工作涉及的范围比较广泛,同时也就要求辅导员必须具有很强的综合素质,不仅要有思想政治教育、教育学、心理学等专业背景,还要有较强的事务处理能力。近年来我院不断重视辅导员队伍建设,要求新引进辅导员必须有思想政治教育、教育学、心理学等专业背景,而且每年暑期举办学生工作管理干部暨辅导员工作培训班,开展辅导员心理健康教育、职业能力提升等专题培训活动,进一步加强辅导员队伍的专业化、专家化建设,全面提升辅导员队伍综合素质,着力打造一批骨干辅导员团队。新形势下,高职院校辅导员不止肩负学生日常管理还肩负管理学生思想政治教育工作,这就对辅导员的综合素质提出了较高的要求,不仅要具备坚定的政治素质、广博的理论知识、道德素质与修养等还要能顺应时代的发展,满足学生成长的需求。3.学校要切实加强学生管理制度建设对高职院校人才的管理要以人为本,就是以学生为根本,创建违反必究的管理制度的同时也要符合人文关怀,不以偏概全。能切实做到学生管理以学生为中心,时刻尊重学生个体差异、尊重学生个性特点,这是一种以科学发展观为准则的管理理念。例如,我院学生违纪处理规定第五章第三十一条规定:“受处分的学生,能真正吸取教训,改正错误,并在学习、生活和集体生活中有积极表现,可以考虑在一年后撤销处分。”同时为鼓励学生积极进步,第三十三条又规定“受处分的学生在学习、生活和集体生活中,表现突出,受到师生一致好评,或者为学校做出突出贡献者,可以考虑提前撤销处分”。这就是一项非常具有人性化的处分条例。在学生管理工作中,既要灵活把关,又要坚持原则。这对高职院中各种人才的管理都有一定的管理准则,从而能有效地帮助高职院校学生建立正确的人生观、价值观。只有这样才能加强对高职院校学生心理健康的教育,完善学生的管理工作。又如,学生的性格与学生接受教育及管理的方式有很大的关系,与学生的平时表现也有很大的关系。有的学生沉默寡言,有的却心直口快;有的学生自我约束能力较强,有的则较弱,有的小孩性格多疑,变化多端对于不同的个性特点,采用不同的学习方法,充分调动学生学习的积极性,从而促进学生的思想健康发展。高职院校的管理制度要切实实现以人为本,对学生不能同等对待,在不同的情况下要把握灵活的做事方法,运用合理的方式进行引导教育,最终促进学生道德素质的发展。随着我国教育事业的蓬勃发展,高职院校的快速发展也成为社会发展的必然趋势。在实际的应用过程中,思想政治教育成为高职院校快速发展中不可避免的一个方面,所以加强思想政治教育不仅是我国教育事业的必然要求,也是社会教育发展的必然趋势。因此,这就要求高职院校在学生管理工作中能为学生提供一个培养健康思想道德素质的基础,通过引导学生形成正确的人生观、价值观达到培养高职院校学生良好综合素质的目标。Most of the students in higher vocational colleges can follow the trend of The Times, at the same time of accepting new things, correct their own thoughts.
