山东师范大学硕士学位论文 中文摘要中又手葡要 近些年来 外语学习焦虑的研究受到了研究者的极大关注 但是 大部 分研究主要关注了外语学习过程中的宽泛的焦虑情绪 而并没有深入探讨学习 各种语言技能过程中的焦虑 尤其对于在听力过程中产生的焦虑情绪的研究非 常有限 本文旨在研究高职学生的外语听力焦虑情况 主要探索高职学生听力 焦虑的程度 影响外语焦虑的因素以及听力焦虑和使用听力应对策略之间的关 系 本研究采用了问卷调查和访谈两种形式 对山东工会管理干部学院二年级 高职学生进行了听力焦虑情况调查分析 本研究用社会科学统计软件包 s p s s l 4 0 对数据进行分析 使用了描述性分析 皮尔逊相关分析和多重比较的 统计方法 通过对外语听力焦虑情况调查表和外语听力焦虑应对策略调查表的数据分 析 发现高职院校学生确实存在较高程度的听力焦虑现象 导致听力焦虑的因 素主要有个人自身因素 听力过程和听力材料因素导致 其中个人自身因素是 导致听力焦虑的最显著因素 学生中等程度的使用了元认知策略 认知策略和 社会情感策略 其中使用元认知策略最多 学生的听力焦虑程度和听力策略的 使用呈现明显负相关 通过口头访谈 发现情感因素例如动机 兴趣 自信导 致听力焦虑的重要因素 需要引起足够的注意 由于高职院校学生普遍存在外语听力焦虑问题 本文就老师如何帮助学生
