This , of course , is not true .On the contrary ,ample evidence suggests that good packaging reduces waste .Packaging waste is far less than the typical consumer imagines .In fact , residential waste itself is much less than half of what needs to be disposed of .The greater part of what goes into a landfill is construction and demolition waste and industrial waste . Package machinery is very important to improve automation-packaged products ,and packaging industry also has a bright future for development in China.The packaging industry ,as we know ,the supplier sector ,manufacturers of machines for the user sector and the suppliers of ancillary services ,such as marketing ,consumer testing and graphic design ,are also important sectors of the packaging industry . With the improvement of peoples living standards ,people is demanding more for packaging industry .There is products，there is packaging industry .Packaging machinery is widely used in mechanical, pharmaceutical, food, and petrochemical industries .Technical content of packaging industry has been increased with the remarkable improvement of mechanization for packaging and computerization of packaging design .Packaging Industry in china will become a new industry with high technology content , good economic returns ,low consumption of resources and little environment pollution .The development of packaging machinery has made it possible to efficiently produce packaged goods in large quantities and a wide variety of forms . The many operations involved in the preparation of a package are performed by a number of different machines in a packaging line .These operations include measuring and filling the product ,closing or sealing the container ,applying a label ,inspecting ,and preparing the individual packages for shipment .The packaging line consists of a group of packaging machines with controls that make them work together as one .Although the separate machines may have been designed and built by different companies ,they are linked together and controlled as a synchronized unit .Packaging lines are made yo of groups of packaging machines in much the same way that the machines are constructed from components .The modern packaging industry is highly regulated . Added to the basic complexity of the industry are the jurisdictional complexities of the political world .Various aspects of packaging are governed by authority has jurisdiction over a particular issue .Ensuring that all legal requirements are met can be an especially task ,and the industry is served by a large number of trade journals . Like associations , trade journals can be either broadly based pr more specifically focused on a particular package type ,material , process ,or product category .Along with china economics developing, the packaging industry becomes the sun rising industry with great potentials for development nowadays .But at present ,our country packaging industry has a lot of unreasonable aspect .As we know ,early packages were preformed paper bags ,crude cans ,and glass bottles of rather doubtful dimensional tolerance .Today ,automated production is essential .New packing material continuing to emerge .People explore to create various new series packaging besides traditional way of paper-based packaging ,plastic packaging ,glass packaging and metal packaging .In our country ,there are pre-eminent questions now for packaging machinery such as long product development cycle ,too much imitation and little new ideas for new products .
