Section A.二、设计理念:仁爱英语教材以话题为主线,以学生为主体,充满人文关怀,尊重学生个性,激发学生兴趣。本话题是I would rather watch TV plays than sports shows. 可以小组谈论喜欢的活动。可以设计一个英语角,全班一起活动。这样设计会产生浓浓的教学氛围:教师、学生和教材的情感充分交融;整个教学活动目标明确、内容丰富;学生兴趣浓厚、情绪高涨。利用课件、图片等增加课堂空间广度。让合理的学生活动贯穿课堂始终,让书本知识走进学生的生活,让学生在快乐的活动中体验知识、情感,发展智能。三、教材分析:(一)教材的地位和作用:本课是仁爱版英语教材九年级下册第六单元第一话题中的一课,本话题谈论的内容比较丰富,通过对个人爱好的谈论引出关于电视和星座的中心话题,讨论了各类电视节目以及不同的节目形式和内容,并由此引出对于星座的谈论,在谈论的同时表达各自不同的偏爱和爱好。语法项目以学习 “would rather than.”为主。并复习动名词作宾语的用法。(二)教学目标:1. 知识与技能:掌握词组:“would rather than.”, fall in love (with sb.)复习 v.-ing 用作宾语: (1)In my spare time, I enjoy watching TV shows, especially quiz shows.(2) Im tired of watching those shows.(3)I like watching soccer games best. 2. 过程与方法: 能用英语交流电视节目并谈论个人看法。学会表达偏爱和爱好。3. 情感态度和价值观: 扩大学生的视野。积极与他人合作,相互帮助,共同完成学习任务。 (三)教学重点、难点: 学习怎样谈论自己的爱好和偏爱及“would rather.than.”结构。四、教学方法:通过两人对话、角色扮演、小组合作、分组表演及竞赛等灵活多样的形式,以激发学生运用英语进行交流、表达思想情感的兴趣,提高学生综合运用语言能力。 教学手段:录音机/李瑞英、王小丫、董浩等一些节目主持人的图片/一盒象棋/泰坦尼克号主题曲磁带/课件五、教学程序的设计:Step 1 Review 第一步 复 习1. (简要复习上一单元的功能话题,巩固新学内容,激活学生的思维,让学生进入英语学习状态。)T: Nice to see you again. Could you tell me what you usually do in your spare time? 让学生两人一组,以对话形式谈谈他们的爱好。然后选几组学生表演并作评述。2Who like playing Chinese chess in our class? Put up your hands, please. (爱好象棋的学生举手,教师估计大致人数,鼓励学生开展健康的课外活动,建立和谐民主的师生关系。)T: There are so many students who enjoy playing chess. Who is the best player in our class? SsT: XX, could you teach us how to play Chinese chess? Listen to the tape and answer the questions:1. Does Michael know how to play Chinese chess?2.What does Michael want Kangkang to do?2. What does Maria like doing?3. What do Michael and Kangkang think of watching TV shows?听录音,回答问题。然后播放1a部分的flash动画。让学生加深理解。Step 3 Consolidation 第三步 巩 固1. 学生小组朗读对话,让学生在阅读中注意动名词作宾语的用法。2. 学习对话,让学生分角色练习,然后选几组学生表演对话。3让学生用would rather .than. 句式造句,巩固并加深新句式的用法。T: Please express your preference one by one as soon as possible. Well make out which group finish the task at last. (1)把全班学生分成5组,每个小组各派一个监督员到其他组监督。(2)每组从第一个成员开始表述自己的爱好,直到最后一个,不能出现重复内容。(3)最先完成者为胜方。Step 4 Practice 第四步 练 习1. (进入课文1c部分。)T: I am very pleased with your job. Maybe you watch TV every day. If I show you a picture or a song, can you give some descriptions on it ? Listen to the song and tell me something related to it. (播放My Heart Will Go On歌曲的一小段。)T: What do you think of it when you hear the song?Ss: This is a song of a film called Titanic. T: Yes, you are right. There are some pictures from CCTV-6 and some descriptions. Please match the pictures and their descriptions on Page 26. Lets finish this part in one minute.
