言本标准在欧共体EN485铝及铝合金板、带材的基础上起草,其主要技术指标等同EN485。本标准的力学性能完全等同EN485铝及铝合金板、带材标准。本标准的尺寸偏差等同EN485铝及铝合金板、带材标准。本标准中的试验方法引用我国国家标准。按欧共体EN485标准订货的板、带材,可按本标准组织生产、检验和验收。本标准由西南铝业(集团)有限责任公司负责起草。本标准水平等同EN485铝及铝合金板、带材。本标准的附录A、附录B为规范性附录。本标准主要起草人:张 钰 李 瑞 山本标准审核(会签)人:王 正 安本标准批准人:尹 晓 辉III出口欧洲用铝及铝合金板、带材1 范围本标准规定了出口欧洲用铝及铝合金板、带材的要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输、贮存等。本标准适用于采用欧共体EN485标准或相当欧共体EN485标准订货的铝及铝合金板、带材产品。2 规范性引用文件下列文件中的条款通过本标准的引用而成为本标准的条款。凡是注年代的引用文件,其随后所有的修改单(不包括勘误的内容)或修订版均不适用于本标准。然而,鼓励根据本标准达成协议的各方研究是否可使用这些文件的最新版本。凡是不注年代的引用文件,其最新版本适用于本标准。GB/T 228 金属材料 室温拉伸试验方法GB/T 231 金属布氏硬度试验方法 GB/T 3190 变形铝及铝合金化学成分 铝及铝合金划分为A、B两类,如表1所示。表1牌号系列铝或铝合金类别AB1XXX所有2XXX所有3XXXMn的最大规定值不大于1.8%,Mg的最大规定值不大于1.8%,Mn的最大规定值与Mg的最大规定值之和不大于2.3%。A类外的其他合金4XXXSi的最大规定值不大于2%。A类外的其他合金5XXXMg的最大规定值不大于1.8%,Mn的最大规定值不大于1.8%,Mg的最大规定值与Mn的最大规定值之和不大于2.3%。A类外的其他合金6XXX所有7XXX不可热处理强化的合金可热处理强化的合金8XXX不可热处理强化的合金可热处理强化的合金3.1.2
