(1) 填埋法是处理城市固体废弃物的历史实践,也是现在依然很实用的处理方法。(2)Landfills are the most economic option. Landfills are prevalent due to their low relative expense compared to the costs associated with other technologies. Landfill can be operated by a relatively unskilled work force under the supervision of experienced management. GHG sources sinks and reservoirs for the baseline scenario were determined in the same manner as that of the project. 判定温室气体来源、沉淀及聚集的基本方案是同样由该项目中规则决定的c.Comparison of Baseline and Project GHG Sources, Sinks and Reservoirs c. 对温室气体来源、沉淀及聚集项目与基础的比较i.The baseline scenario or business as usual case (BAU) for this emission reduction and sequestration technology is the emissions attributable to the delivery, handling, storage or disposal of MSW in Landfill. The Project Scenario consists of the emissions attributable to the commissioning, manufacture, use and disposal of the MSW PT technology.
