美国签证办理流程第一步 确定签证申请类别根据自己的赴美目的和身份确定所要申请的美国签证类别。第二步 确定领区范围上海总领事馆领区：上海、浙江、江苏、安徽广州总领事馆领区：广东、广西、福建、海南沈阳总领事馆领区：辽宁、吉林、黑龙江成都总领事馆领区：四川、重庆、贵州、云南、西藏北京大使馆领区：非上述地区领区划分目的主要为了方便管理，中国公民可前往在任意领事馆或大使馆申请签证。如果是申请美国移民签证，不分户籍所在地，统一到广州领事馆办理。第三步 购买电话卡自 2004年3月3日后，美国非移民签证采用话务中心服务。该话务中心此项服务为“用户付费”性质，从 2004年3月19日起 ，所有现在能交纳赴美签证申请费的中信实业银行将开始出售一种预先付款的加密电话卡，用该卡可启动签证信息话务中心的服务，获得签证信息并预约签证面谈时间。预先付费的加密电话卡每张售价为 54元人民币，将允许持卡人使用话务中心12分钟的服务。首次通话后的剩余分钟可留待日后使用。若超时，将另购 54元人民币的电话卡。话务中心的付费方式有：信用卡、借记卡、银行汇票和邮政汇款。如使用信用卡或借记卡付费，用户在拨通预约电话后按录音指令输入你的信用卡或借记卡号码。亦可通过银行汇票或邮政汇款方式付费（因需要等待至少10天资料输入系统而不推荐使用）。该中心不接受个人支票。第四步 电话预约面试日期拥有加密电话卡后，打电话至签证信息话务中心来预约面试时间，切记勿再打电话给美国使馆及领馆做预约。 签证信息话务中心的电话号码是： 4008-872-333 。工作时间：星期一至星期五：上午 7:00- 下午 7:00 ，星期六：上午 8:00- 下午 6:00 。尽早预约。鉴于签证审核要求的增加和手续办理时间的延长，美领馆签证处建议所有申请人应根据个人行程安排，尽量提前申请。如果您是符合免面谈条件的申请人，请到中信实业银行的指定营业网点递交所需材料。如有需要，可以申请美国签证加急预约，具体请致电沈老师咨询。（电话：153-21561708）第五步 付费每位申请人来领馆面谈前，应先到指定的中信银行分支机构缴纳签证申请费人民币 938元，该申请费一旦缴纳概不退还。第六步 填写签证表并准备辅助材料美领馆将启用新的网上申请表（DS-160 表）。从美国大使馆网站上免费下载。美领馆优先考虑使用网上申请表的申请者准备各项签证材料。第七步 指纹扫描并面试领事馆将对大部分非移民签证和移民签证的申请人在面试之前进行指纹扫描。具体日期将待各使领馆技术准备完成后和必要设备安装情况而定。指纹扫描结束后开始面试。即使是符合免面试条件的申请人也需要到美领馆签证处按指纹。签证申请人请注意仪表仪容，您的外表和谈吐应符合您申请签证时的身份。 请带齐所有准备好的签证材料，并再次对所要递交的材料进行检查。 签证申请人根据电话预约的时间抵达美领馆签证处等候面试，注意迟到 30 分钟以上将不得入内。请留意来访者安全须知：签证申请人在进入美领馆签证处时只可携带与其所询事务相关的主要文件以及有限的个人物品。来访者不准将手机、呼机、钱包、公文包、手提包等带入领事处。美领馆签证处拒绝所有违反上述规定的来者进入领馆。到了领事馆后，你将有机会解释你赴美的原因，并呈示辅助文件。如实地回答领事的问题是很重要的。许多申请人经常会因为隐瞒其收入、工作或家庭状况等方面的真实情况而错失了获得签证的机会，即使这些真实情况不会对他们的申请造成什么负面影响。申请人不应该提交伪造文件，如假的邀请信、公司执照或身份证。申请人说假话和提供假文件是对一种对领事的严重的侵犯行为，这将导致该申请人永远失去到美国的资格。如果美国签证申请人是作为一个团组一起来参加面试的，请事先选一位主要申请人来回答问题，因为签证官可能会叫这个团组一起到窗口面试。即便不是如此，也尽量让这位主要申请人第一个到窗口面试。在这种情况下，对于共同的问题请给予相同的答案。如果对签证官的问题不清楚或不理解，可以要求使用中文，千万不要随意回答是或否，每一位签证官都可以使用中文。面试结束后，请不要忘记取回您的重要文件。特别是邀请函，经常有申请者遗忘取邀请函或是签证官员没有还给申请者。邀请函的用处是当您进入美国时接受检查时，移民官可能要求您出示。第八步 获得美国签证因为需要检查指印结果来颁发签证，这就需要额外的时间，因此，领事馆对已获批准的非移民签证申请人无法再提供当天退护照的服务。以后申请人将通过 EMS 快件收到护照和签证，这将取代原来面谈批准后即取签证的办法。至于新规定有关的费用和程序还需等候美领馆的公告。获得签证后请立即检查颁发给您的签证是否与您的申请有差异。如签证有效期、签证类别、入境次数、签证注释等。申请美国签证拒签了怎么办根据美国的法律任何一位外国人在申请非移民签证时，在他能够出示足够的证据证明申请人必将离美回国之前，都被假定有移民倾向。因为不存在正式的申诉程序，被拒签的申请人无法就个案提出异议。因此不要费神责问签证官为何被拒签，通常得到的答案是“移民倾向”或者根本没有答案。冷静思考自己的材料或是在回答签证官时哪些方面没能证明你没有移民倾向。 让签证官重新考虑申请的唯一办法是再次申请。再次申请时，申请人须重新预约面谈，重新支付签证申请费，重新递交申请表。再次面谈时，申请人须出示具有说服力的新证据，表明申请人与中国有着紧密联系。切勿将相关材料直接寄往或送至领事处，申请人应在面谈时向签证官出示所有材料。特别建议曾被多次拒签的申请人只有在个人情况发生重大改变后再提交新的非移民签证申请。申请人于中国的各方面状况未发生重大改变，却一味坚持再次申请，则不太会导致签证成功，只会白白浪费时间和金钱。美国签证申请其他注意事项美国驻华大使馆的官方网站是： / 其他有关签证的咨询请致电签证信息话务中心，以上申请步骤，如果您需要节约时间，百校国际公司可以代为办理，具体请致电索老师咨询。其实申请美国学生签证，F1签证在面试的时候，签证官经常问的问题也就那么几个。如何轻松应对签证官的质问呢？莫过于先把这些问题实现演习几遍，熟能生巧，当你心中有数的时候就不会到时候因为紧张而说不清楚话了。所以建议大家事前考虑针对自身状况，签证官可能问到哪些问题，该如何回答， 不打无准备之战，面试时间往往很短，只有两三分钟时间。你能否去美国，有时候关键的一句回答都会很关键，所以事前要作好准备。我们先来说说在签证面试的时候回答问题的基本原则，然后会总结一下经历过签证面试同学提供的美国学生签证面试问题大全。学生回答问题的原则(1)回答问题时用英语，语速可放慢。 如果太快，签证官认为您的英语很好，也因此会加快语速，这样您可能会听不懂。当然，官员有时故意提高说话的速度，来考核您的英语水平。您可以把语速压下来，讲得慢并不是说明英语差，语法要正确。(2) 回答问题时要简明扼要，态度不卑不亢。 不要有太多细节方面的解释。签证官没有那么多时间听无关紧要的事，另外，太多的细节会掩盖了重要的事项，留学目的也显得不单纯。(3)回答时要切中要害，密切联系自己，切忌空空泛泛。 很多申请者，话讲了一大堆，绕了半天圈子，还没有提到自己，没有正面回答问题。回答要有特殊性，如果很泛泛地讲，您的情况泯然于众人，那么谁会得到签证呢？要非常具体化，有说服力，表明自己的情况和去美国的目的。(4)思路清晰，所有问题一定要联系四个方面。这四个方面是：自己将来回国的动机，将来所要从事的职业，家庭维系的纽带，自己目前在中国的工作状况和收入状况是否具有吸引力，以及自己是否有社会地位，在这方面继续加强和巩固在国内的优势，来促使自己将来回国。(5)回答问题时要加以解释，否则会造成误解而拒签。对于这一点，也是签证面试的细则。在这里再强调一下，因为签证官很大程度上，从回答问题中判断您是否符合签证的要求，所以回答问题要清楚，解释出来。譬如说，如果签证官问你去美国干什么呢？如果单纯的说去读书或者去探亲，等于没回答。因为基本目的他知道，他要您说出具体的目的或者原因。给您回答问题的机会就是要您申述，您就必须把事情说清楚，解释出来。(6)创造机会申述。 签证官面试的最高境界就是占主动，变成了您问，签证官答。巧设悬念，引发兴趣，自我发挥，以理服人。有人说，只问了一句话怎么办，我说，问了一句，我能给他发挥十句。那签证官不让多讲怎么办？您可以巧设悬念，等签证官来问。美国学生签证面试108问常见问答和分类一、你是谁？这堆问题只是针对个人基本情况的，不涉及专业。签证哲学里说“你是谁”的核心秘诀是要具体化，请参考第三部分的问题。二、你去做什么？三、你有能力去做吗？四、你会回来吗？五、最希望被问到的问题 每个人面签问题不同，每人只有5分钟左右时间。自信是美国人的心理，他们尊重有自信的人。是一种平和和稳重的态度。和签证官对话时，要以一种交流的语气和他谈话。不能畏畏缩缩，紧紧张张，不然会给签证官一种紧张、抵触的感觉。当然，这一点是建立在坚固的背景和充分的准备上的。申请者因回答问题不能使签证官满意，或口语表达很差而遭到拒签的人数占拒签总人数的40。自然大方这点很重要。面签时尽量微笑，回答签证官问题时，目光一定要集中，正视签证官，切忌东张西望，心不在焉。面试前需要空前地花费力量去提高自己的表现能力，以英语为基础自如地表达出自己的展示能力、交流能力和交际能力。回答问题简明扼要，不要太安静，太害羞。心态端正心态平和, 对拒签要有理性的认识，要把申请签证当作对自身素质的考验，抱着平和的心态有助于自然发挥，也可以在不利的情况下扭转局面，在面签进行困难，或已有签证局面出现不利的情况下，更需沉着应战，这时需抱着置死地而后生的心态，继续面签的过程，状态放松之后，往往会有峰回路转，申请人超水平发挥的情况出现，最后出奇制胜地获得签证。目标明确面试当场的表现与签证成功与否起着决定性的作用，认真准备面谈对申请人非常重要。面谈时间很短，而且通常用英文。特别是性格内向者，建议参加专业的面试培训，针对自身特点制定面试方案，调整心态，懂得如何在面试中避免常见错误。注意你的穿戴尽量大方自然，符合自己的身份和角色，女生最好化个淡妆，但切忌浓妆艳抹，披头散发。最后祝您成功拿到签证。一、你是谁？1. 简单个人历史24) Whats your name?43) How long have you prepared your visa interview?
