Although specific in many areas of design and construction, the specification is a guide with the understanding that product design, annual volume, process and life expectancy may result indeviation or additional requirements. The views will also include; water circuits, eye-bolt holes, support pillars, guided ejection, rail screws, runners, gates, ejector pins, sleeves, wear plates, hot runner system, knockout holes, and machine tie-bar layout.40.3a)包括型芯与型腔的平面图,两个或更多的部分说明钢材尺寸,凸轮,斜顶和所有可移动部件或重要区域。还包括运水,吊环孔,支撑柱,顶针板导柱,螺丝,流道,水口,顶针,顶管,耐磨板,热流道系统,顶出孔和注塑机拉杆设计问题。40.3b) The vendor will submit the design via email or other form of electronic transfer to the MTD Tooling Engineer. Except for 0 corner, mold weight, water and pneumatic circuit I.D.50.1a)国外模具确认50.1b) The following shall be stamped on the mold plate in a minimum of3/16” tall characters.50.1b)下述信息应刻在模具板上,至少高3/16”的字样。50.1b.1) Part Number.50.1b.1)产品编码50.1b.2) Part Description.
