故障:水泵不吸水压力表和真空表指针剧烈跳动 原因: 1.灌注引水不够 2.管路与仪表联接处漏气 3.吸程过高 方法: 1.检查底阀是否漏水 .再雇足引水 2.拧紧漏气处 3.降低吸水高度 故障:水泵不吸水真空表表示高度真空 原因: 1.底阀没有打开或己堵塞 2.吸水管路阻力太大 3.过滤器堵塞 方法: 1.检査底阀 2.更换吸水 3.清理过滤器 故障:压力表有压力但仍 不出水 原因: 1.出水管阻力太大 2.旋转方向不对 3.出口管阀门未开 4.叶轮堵塞 方法: 1.检査或缗短水管 2.检査电机 .两相互调 3.打开出口阀 4.清除叶轮内的污物 故障:达不到设计流量 原因: 1.有空气吸入 2.由于水位降低 .淹没深度不够, 3.叶轮内有异物堵塞 4.转子部分严重磨损 方法: 1.检査漏气部位并排除 2.延长吸水管 .加深淹深度 3.拆卸并滴除异物 4.更换密封坏 故障:泵消耗功率过大 原因: 1.填料压得过紧 .并发热 2.流置过大 3.回转体与壳体有碰擦 4.泵轴承磨损 5.泵轴弯曲 方法: 1.适当放松 2.关小闸阀开度 3.修 整 4.更换轴承 5.更换或校正 故障:泵振动加大 原因: 1.叶轮局部有堵塞 2.叶轮破损 3.流量过小 4.泵轴与电动机不同心 5.轴承破损 6.混入空气 .发生汽蚀 方法: 1.拆卸清除 异物 2.更 换 3.稍开出口阀 4.定点找正 5.更 换 6.改变吸入位 .改善吸水管 十 多级泵的安装使用 本型泵安装时除满足一般安装技术要求外,还应当注意以下几点: 1、 电机与水泵组合安装时,应当将泵联轴器端的轴向外拉出,并再留 3 5mm 端面间隙值,以保证泵和电机两联轴器之间的轴向间隙值。 注意: 确定底板调平,设备水平度良好后再进行灌浆 小心: 为使安装成功,联轴器调整必须正确,挠性联轴器不能补偿任何明显的失调。失调可能引起快速的磨损、噪音、振动和对 设备的损坏。因此,联轴器必须在所给限度内调整。 小心: 必须采取措施支撑泵的进出口管道,防止泵进出口负荷过大 2、 泵与电机轴的中心线应在同一水平直线上。 3、 泵只能承受自身内力,不能承受任何外力。 多级泵的起动、运行、停车 (一 )起动: 警告: 为了操作者的安全起见,请勿超越泵铭牌的条件进行操作,以免危及设备和操作人员的安全。为保证操作和维修泵及其它动作的顺利进行,请参考说明书进行。 1、 泵起动前应先盘动转子,检查转子是否灵活。 2、 检查电机转向是否与泵的 转向一致。 3、 关闭泵出口闸阀、压力表旋塞,用输送的液体或真空系统排除吸 入管和泵体内的空气(严禁空车启动运行)。 4、 检查泵与电机联接螺栓的松紧度和泵周围的安全情况,使泵处于准备起动状态。 警告: 在装好联轴器护罩后,设备才能操作,忽略该点会引起人员伤亡。 5、 起动泵,待泵运转正常后,打开压力表旋塞,慢慢开启出口闸阀,按出口压力表读数控制泵给定的扬程。 (二 )运行: 1、 本型泵靠内平衡机构平衡轴向力,平衡装置有平衡液体流出,平衡液体由平衡水管接至吸入段。 2、 本型泵滚动轴承均有冷却装置,水泵运行前必须将冷却水管连接好。轴承温升变化反映了泵的装配质量,轴承温升不得高于环境温度 35 ,最高温度不应高于 75 。 警告: 对未适当润滑的设备进行操作,可能引起轴承发热、断裂、泵的堵转和设备的损坏,并使操作人员受到人身伤害。 3、 本型泵转子在运行中存在一定的轴向游动,应保证电机和水泵两联轴器端面间的间隙值。 4、 泵在运行期间应当定期检查叶轮、密封环、导叶套、平衡盘、轴套的磨损情况,磨损量过大应当及时更换。 警告: 请勿尝试在旋转机械附近进行维修、保 养或清理,否则会危及操作人员人身安全。 5、 用户应根据具体情况订出较详细的操作规程。 (三 )停车:停车前应当先关压力表旋塞,再慢慢关闭出口闸阀,待出口闸阀关闭完毕后才能停电机 十一 泵站优化 导读:能反映多级泵站优化运行调度的准则很多。优化调度模型的建立。上述模型可由动态规划求解出各级站的最优开机组合。运用数学模型找到最优的运行组合。动态规划,多级泵站优化调度问题研究。 关键词:多级泵站,优化调度,动态规划,数学模型 1.介绍 随着工业生产力的提高 , 水泵广泛应用于国民经济的各个 部门,供水系统的规模也在不 断扩大 ,复杂性也随之提高。正是水泵的广泛应用 ,使得水泵的能耗约占全国 由于吴堡工业园区供水系统这个项目处于可研阶段,实测数据缺乏,本模型验证只能采用设计数据进行优化横沟到慕家塬三级泵站的最优开机方案,并与设计数据进行分析比较,得到优化结果。 计算过程运用 Flex 语言编程进行求解,采用可视化界面,对各级泵站进行优化计算。下列 多级离心泵 的工作原理与地面 离心泵 一样,当 电机 带动轴上的 叶轮 高速旋转时,充满在叶轮内的液体在 离心力 的作用下,从叶轮中心沿着叶片间的 流道 甩向叶轮的四周,由于液体受到叶片的作用,使压力和速度同时增加,经过导壳的流道而被引向次一级的叶轮,就是这样原理,逐次地流过所有的叶轮和导壳,进一步使液体的压力能量增加。将每个叶轮逐级叠加之后,就获得一定 扬程 ,将井 下液体举升
