Lesson 1 Im New Here一、教材内容解读本课是本单元的第一课,其中涉及的现在进行时是小学英语考核的重点,它包含三个课时的教学内容,各个课时的教学内容既有联系又有不同侧重点。第一课时:复习巩固句型 what are you doing?I am/ we are。的基础上以旧知引出新知识 what is he/she doing? He is /She is 。掌握短语clean the blackboard,clean the classroom,draw a picture,read a book,play the piano,wait for a classmate。第二课时:在复习第一课时的基础上,完成Play a game,进行知识的拓展与巩固,掌握短语:taking a picture,reading a book,playing table tennis,riding a bike,counting,brushing,eating ice cream,swimming,listening to music ,playing the piano,washing my face/学习Let us talk。掌握日常用语 can I help you?what class are you in ?I am in Class 3,Grade 6。What about you ?May I know your name?并完成Listen and Number部分的练习。第三课时:复习第一,二课时的教学内容,能熟练运用what are you doing?what is he/she doing?理解first name,family name,full name 的区别,能阅读对话完成课后作业,能运用what is your first/family/full name?与同学交流。二、教学目标掌握本课核心短语和单词,能运用what are you doing?what is he/she doing?进行交流,能正确询问了解某人就读班级,年级信息。能正确书写核心短语与核心句型与个人姓名的英语写法,通过字母y及字母组合igh,ie的学习,掌握/ai/的发音规律,并能初步运用发音规律拼读单词三、教学重难点1、本课核心短语的正确朗读,理解与正确书写。2、What are you doing?What is he /she doing ?的复习,学习与交流。3、通过字母y及字母组合igh,ie的学习,掌握/ai/的发音规律。4、掌握日常用语,能用日常用语与同学交流。第一课时重点 :掌握核心短语 clean the blackboard, clean the classroom等难点 :What are you doing ? I am /We are.What is he/she doing? He/She is .Step 1: Greeting Talking with teacher like this通过师生间的问候,能增进学生和老师的感情,也能创造良好的英语学习氛围。Step 2: Sing an English song(边唱边学动作)将Washing my face ,riding a bike,doing housework,reading a book,drawing a picture 等学过的短语展示出来Step3: Listening and talking what can you hear ?Talking with your partners。What are you doing?Step4 : T:Look!What am I doing ?(边说边擦黑板) S:I dont know. T: I am cleaning the blackboard(边说边将单词卡贴在黑板上)用同样的方法教学 cleaning the classroom 让一个同学做出等人的动作,猜一猜他在做什么? T: Guess .What is he doing? S: 他在等人 T: Yes. He is waiting for a classmate. 用同样的方法教学Playing the pianoStep5: Homework Phrases: 一个两遍 句子抄写:What are you doing? I am planting trees. We are playing badminton. What is he doing? He is cleaning the classroom. What is she doing? She is cleaning the blackboard.Step6: 板书设计 Draw a picture drawing a picture Clean the blackboard, cleaning the blackboard Read a book reading a book Play the piano playing the piano What are you doing? She is cleaning the classroom/第二课时【重点】What class are you in?Im in Class Three, Grade Six.【难点】Class Three, Grade Six的用法 May I know your name? My name is.Step 1:1、Review what we have learnt last time by playing a game2、Find out what Betty and Simon are doing.1) 教师引导T: what is Simon doing? He is flying a kite.2)师生互动T what is Betty doing?S She is eating ice cream.T what is Simon doing?S He is riding a bike.3 )学生互相练习 Work in pairs, and then ask some students to come to the front to play the gameStep 2老师用手势表示数字,并鼓励学生做同样的动作。为运用数字110做好准备。口语练习:Hello! / Hi! Good morning. Glad to meet you. / Nice to meet you 教师走到学生中间,与他们打招呼进行问候,并做动作,拉近师生间的距离,学生也会自然地用同样的句子回答教师。Step 31:Learn new sentences1) 介绍新生 (出示新生照片):给学生出示一位新生的照片,让学生提出一些关于新生的问题,学生可能会想到询问这位新生是哪个班的,从而引入新句型的学习。T:This is Hes a new student in our school. Hes new. Lets say hello to him.Ss: HelloT: What do you want to know about him?Ss ask:学生提出各种问题,教师给与回答。如果没有涉及到与本课有关的主句型,教师可提示What class is he in?学生猜过后,再公布答案。T introduce: Hes in Class , Grade 2) 句型What class are you in? I am in Class one师生问答T:Hes in ClassGrade What class are you in?板书:in ClassGrade教师带读板书内容,先让学生熟悉答案的基本框架S:In ClassGradeT示范:Im in ClassGrade教师示范完整句,为下一步的问答打基础全体学生跟读、分小组读句子、找个别学生读3)学生之间问答教师带读 What class are you in?学生之间进行问答,可先找一些学习基础好的学生与教师做示范练习,然后给学生几分钟时间做准备,以小组和自由结合的形式进行问答。4)游戏:两个学生一组进行问答。先让提问的学生在问之前在纸上写出一个班级和年级的数字,注意不要让对方看到,然后问:What class are you in? 对方回答后,如果内容与自己一致则说:Im in ClassGrade. 如不一致则告诉对方。做完后两人交换。找几组学生到前面去做Step 41、 Learn the dialog听课文对话录音先听一遍完整的对话,提问:How many pupils? Who are they?再听一遍录音,学生回答: Sam, Le Le and Wang Ting. 提问:Who is new?听第三遍录音,学生回答:Sam is new. 提问:What class is he in?听第四遍,学生回答:Class Three, Grade Six.2、听录音跟读课文分句跟读,每听完一句就找几个学生跟读,巩固听到的句子。教师提问学生:What class are you in? 学生根据实际情况回答说:Im in Class One, Grade Six. 分小组模仿录音,进行对话练习。(特殊疑问句应该用降调,但目前许多英美国家也用升调问话,所以,如果学生用升调,教师不必纠正,只要模仿得像就可以。)3、读课文对话 以group work的形式表演对话4、Practice1)拼读和书写单词:出示单词卡片one,教师带读,全班齐读,再出示词卡背面wn,教师带读一遍w w wn ,提醒学生注意口形,教师说:Look at my mouth. 强调口形,学生跟读。教师边拼读单词边板书,学生跟读,要教学生使用正确的语调拼读。教师和学生一起写单词,然后分小组拼读单词。2)练习书写句子:教师提问说: What class are you in?” 教师一边板书示范,一学生回答。要向学生强调,英语句子第一个单词的第一个字母要大写,陈述句句尾要写句号(.),要求学生边读边在桌面上用手指写。分组学生练习拼读,第一位学生拼读what,第二位拼读class,第六位重新开始拼读what ,以此类推。3)参照上面的方法练习书写句子Im in Class One, Grade Six. 告诉学生英语的专有名词的第一个字母应该大写,若单独写class grade one six 是普通名词用小写。提醒学生Class One, Grade Six 之间要有逗号。4)在练习册上摹写单词和句子。Step 5 Listen and number Im waiting for my teacher. Im in Class 1, Grade 2. Im cleaning the class room. Im in Class 7, Grade 6.Step 6 Homework:朗读并抄写本课课堂练习中的单词和句子Step 7 板书设计 What class are you in? Im in Class_, Grade_. What about you? Can I help you? 第三课时 重点 学习并掌握First name , Family name ,Full name的含义和区别 难点 外国人和中国人名字的构成及差异Step 1 Read and Write 教师询问引出并讲解中西方姓名构成结构1 中西方姓名构成以及差异中国人的姓名是姓在前,名在后 英语中姓名的构成结构为:教名(First name)+自取名(Middle name)+姓(Surname/Family name)在很多场合中自取名被省掉不用:如美国总统 George Walker Bush (乔治。沃克。布什),许多时候被直接称为:George Bush 。 2、 教师举例 T:May I know your name ? My name is Wang Can 。 So his first name is “Can”,his family name is “Wang” His full name is “Wang Can ”。 T:What is your name ? My name is Sam Smith。 So his first name is “Sam”,his family name is “Smith”。 His full name is “Sam Smith ”。 3 、课文学习 听录音回答问题 Q1 what is the boys first name? A1 Sam Q2 what is the boys family name? A2 Smith教师讲解和领读课文,其中“Glad to meet you “和“Sorry “ 为口语中常用短语,教师给出中文意思和同意短语并举例说明用法。 Glad to meet you: Glad to see you Nice to meet you Nice to see you Step 2 Learn to write 教学要点:人名都应该以大写字母开头1、教师询问学生哪些英文单词首字母需要大写,然后根据学生的回答进行补充 如:The Great Wall, Santa Claus, Christmas Day and so on 教师向学生展示 1)Little Red Riding Hood (小红帽) 2)Monkey King (美猴王) 3) Snow White (白雪公主)Little red riding hood, monkey king, snow white 小红帽 美猴王 白雪公主Pay attention: Names start with big letters.2 、Exercises My name is _.
