宜城市第三高级中学胡一帆选修八 Unit 3 Reading参赛教学设计基本信息 作者姓名胡一帆性别女出生年月19835工作单位湖北省宜城市第三高级中学 邮政编码441400通讯地址宜城市第三高级中学 联系电子邮箱745949381QQ.com所用教科书书名NEW SENIOR ENGLISH FOR CHINA STUDENTS BOOK 8所教年级高二所教册次、单元第八册第三单元设计主题阅读 （Reading）1.整体设计思路、指导依据说明整体设计思路分四个层次：导、读、练、说。指导依据说明：1.在教学过程中，教师的基本任务是“导”，即起组织和引导的作用。本课采用图片导入。利用一些关于濒危动物的图片，引出本课的主题，并用提问、启发、分析、归纳相结合的教学方法。2.通过阅读，训练学生获取语篇信息、分析、处理、利用信息的能力；掌握猜测、略读、扫读的阅读技巧；3.培养学生口头表达能力。2.教学背景分析教学内容分析：本单元以发明家与发明为话题，旨在通过本单元的学习使学生了解关于小发明、小创造且获得专利的过程，从而认识到身为普通人日常生活中通过细心观察和认真分析也能成为发明家。并且通过探讨一些平时所见的小问题，引导学生发表自己的见解和看法，唤起学生探索欲，从而使他们自己动手进行发明创造。本课Reading讲述的是一篇记叙文。故事讲述的是一个女孩如何通过多次尝试，最后成功地把在她母亲家院子里安家的一窝蛇捉住并放归大自然，她的捕蛇技术申请获得了专利。文章也提到了申请专利的标准。学生情况分析：作为高中阶段的学生对周围的事物较为敏感，有自己的观点和看法，他们不满足于教科书上的知识，想获得更多的信息。在英语学习上，他们不只是想把英语作为一门死记硬背的课程来学，更希望能学到知识性和趣味性兼有的内容，从英语学习中获得更多的知识和能力。但是他们的词汇量是有限的，并且缺乏阅读技巧。且从学生学习语言的规律来看，高二年级是学生的阅读能力提高的重要阶段。而本次所授课班级为美术班，美术班学生基础相对于普通班学生而言较差，该班学生在阅读文章时，阅读速度较慢，但是较有耐心，学习习惯较好，在教学中有部分学生能够跟随教师的步骤。3.教学目标分析1 Knowledge objectives 知识目标: (1) Let the students know the procedures of getting the patent.(2) Encourage Ss to think and express their inventions (3) Develop Ss sense of cooperative learning. 2 Ability objective能力目标: To train the reading comprehension to the whole passage3 Affective objectives情感目标：(1)Help Ss aware of the connection between iventing and the scientific process.(2)Develop Ss sense of cooperative learning. 4.教学重点、难点分析教学重点：To train the reading comprehension to the whole passage教学难点：Enhance the students reading skills in the passage.5.教学过程设计(中文为主 + 所教学科目标语言）步骤一：Lead In(导入)设计意图：1. 利用中国四大发明图片进行导入，直观明了，能迅速抓住学生的注意力，引起学生的兴趣，尽快融入课堂。2.让学生通过小组讨论的方式来分析发明家为了让其发明得到认可所必须通过的步骤，来给文章中的几个步骤排序，从而有效地引导学生进入本课主题。不仅能够激发学习兴趣，还渗透德育教育，为下面的阅读作好铺垫。而讨论也有利于激发学生的分散性思维。3. 增加学生的课外知识，而不仅限于课本知识。步骤二：Prevision (预测)设计意图：通过图片和选择题的方式让学生预测本文的中心意思。使学生对于所学内容有一个初步的认识。步骤三：Listening (听力)设计意图：按照导入中发明程序的步骤，对文章结构进行划分。培养学生对信息的理解和记忆,，提高归纳能力。步骤四：Scanning （扫读）设计意图：问题的设计能够让学生了解各段的细节，了解发明的原因、研究调查、方法的选择、最佳方案的出现和最终申请专利的过程。步骤五：Summary: retell the story（复述课文）设计意图：通过复述课文，加深学生对课文内容的理解。让学生了解发明的过程及其申请专利的步骤，明白只要在生活中做个有心人也能成为小小发明家。步骤六：Discussion：（讨论）设计意图：活动设计了一些在生活中可能会遇到的问题，目的在于激励学生开动脑筋，发挥想象力和创造力去发明以解决这些问题。该班为美术班学生，学生们发挥特长将发明创造用笔画了下来，且上台用英语结合图画展示出来，实现了知识到技能的转化。步骤七：Comment（评价 ）设计意图：帮助学生进行课堂反思，让学生了解自己这节课所学的内容，让学生获得学习的乐趣与成就感，为学生深入学习奠定基础。步骤九：Homework （作业）设计意图：让学生课后复习巩固所学知识，使所学知识进一步升华达到活学活用。通过本节教学使学生获得分析问题解决问题，灵活运用所学知识的能力，提高学生综合素质，有利于学生良性发展，为他们将来继续学习指引了方向。（注意：每一教学步骤后要说明设计意图）6.教学评价设计评价内容：学生上课的精神状态、参与力度、对所学内容掌握情况、小组得分情况。评价方法：以赏识的眼光评价学生，以发展的眼光看待学生。Reading: The problem of the snakes教学设计 -Book 8 Unit 3 Inventors and InventionI.
