陈庆虎教授简历及研究工作简介现任浙江大学物理系凝聚态物理研究所教授,博士生导师。1966年3月生,1994年在中国科技大学基础物理中心获博士学位,专业为理论凝聚态物理。发表SCI收录学术论文60余篇。在国际物理学顶尖刊物Physical Review Letters上共发表3篇论文,其中第一作者2篇(2001年和2003年各一篇),第二作者1篇(1998年)。在Physical Review B 上共发表9篇论文。国外及香港特区研究工作经历1998.2-2000.1 香港浸会大学物理系,研究访问学者2000.10-2000.12 香港浸会大学物理系,研究访问学者2001.6-2001.11, 德国马丁路德大学物理系,研究访问学者2001.11-2002.9, National institute for Materials Science (日本)(JSPS邀请研究员)2002.9-2003.8, National institute for Materials Science (日本) (特别研究员)承担3项国家自然科学基金项目(负责人)1. 约束极化子的非微扰理论研究, 项目编号:19804009,起止时间:1999.01-2001.122. 均匀和随机受抑重组的二维XY模型的电阻分流结动力学项目编号:10075039,起止时间:2001.01-2003.123. 高温超导体的输运特性和动力学相变的研究项目编号:10274067,起止时间:2003.01-2005.12国际合作 National institute for Materials Science (日本)胡晓 教授 (Prof. Xiao Hu)香港特区合作 香港浸会大学物理系汤雷翰 教授 ( Prof. Lei-Han Tang )近期主要研究成果1. 高温超导体的输运特性和非平衡态相变的研究对电流驱动的三维各向异性XY模型进行大规模的数值模拟,研究高温超导体磁场平行于c轴的涡旋物质的非平衡态相变及输运特性。发现从运动的Bragg玻璃到运动的smectic的相变是一级相变。在有限温度下,在运动的Bragg玻璃相的电压功率谱中首次观察到洗衣板(washboard)噪声。还研究发现在高驱动力下涡旋圈的激发在动力学融化中起主导作用。给出了精确的涡旋物质非平衡态相图。结果主要发表在2003 年Physical Review Letters上。请见论文 1.2. 二维Josephson结阵列反常的有限尺寸效应证明超导Josephson结阵列的数值模拟和解析理论的差异是由在周期性边界条件下反常的有限尺寸效应产生的。我们基于特大阵列的模拟结果支持解析理论预见的的电流-电压关系。涡旋动力学的解析分析揭示外加电流引入了两个本征长度标度,它定义了电流-电压特性的三个不同的尺寸区域。结果主要发表在2001 年Physical Review Letters上。请见论文 2.3. 界面生长模型的动力学指数利用Berker格子模型,数值证明Kardar-Parisi-Zhang界面生长模型的动力学指数是普适的,它不依赖于噪声分布的具体形式,校正了近年来国际文献中的错误观点。结果主要发表在1998 年Physical Review Letters (comment).。请见论文 3 。研究组成员:陈庆虎 教授,博士生导师罗孟波 博士, 副教授 (在日本作访问学者)阮永红 博士研究生 (在职), 讲师聂青苗 博士研究生(已由陈庆虎教授派往日本联合培养)尤 玉 硕士研究生 研究方向1 第二类超导电性理论:高温超导体的涡旋物理等2 二维XY模型的非平衡态研究3 低维电子声子耦合系统:非微扰理论研究招收研究生欢迎有志青年报考硕士研究生,博士研究生。(可招收多名)每年可接纳本校免试研究生1名。联系电话:057187952068email: List of (SCI) PublicationsQing-Hu Chen (陈庆虎)1.
