Unit 4 When is Easter?教学内容:Unit 4 When is Easter?(Part B Lets tryLets talk)教学目标:1. 能够正确听、说、朗读“When is your birthday?” “My birthday is on ”“What will you do for your mum?” “Ill cook noodles for her.”等交际用语。2. 能够正确听、说、认读词汇,如:first ,second ,third,fourth,fifteen等序数词及其缩略形式。3. 能够听懂、会说、会表演Lets talk的内容,在实际情景中交流。4. 培养学生尊敬长辈,关爱长辈的良好品质。重点:1. 能够在实际语境中交流运用关于生日的问答句“When is your birthday?” “My birthday is on ”“What will you do for your mum?” “Ill cook noodles for her.”2. 能够熟悉交际用语Lets talk的交际内容。难点:学生表演有关生日的问答对话。教学准备:多媒体课件 ,几张教师的身份证复印件,Role play的头饰。教学设计: Step 1 Warming up 1 Sing the song “Happy birthday.”2 Look at the phrases,read them and make sentences with them in pairs.One student will read a phrase ,and he /she will call his /her friend to make a sentence with the phrase,the teacher will say “Cool! Good job.”Phrase: January 1st , June 2nd , November 12th , August 21st , November 30th . Step 2 Presentation1.利用电脑给学生讲一个谜语,引导学生猜测:I will cook some food for my mum. They are white and long . She must use chopsticks and a big bowl .What food are they ?Chinese people like eating them on a special day. Chinese people eat them for somebodys birthday.(They are noodles.)Ill cook noodles for my mom. When is her birthday? Its on .教师问学生When is your birthday ?学生回答My birthday is on. (板书主要句型:When is your birthday ?My birthday is on.)2.Do a survey.The teacher and some students do it first,then let the students do it in groups.When is your mums birthday ? Its on .What will you do for your mum? I will.3.Have a competition in groups.教师出示几张教师的身份证,主要说名字和生日,学生分小组进行问答练习。如: May 20th Xie Keyuans birthday 4.学习Part B 部分Lets tryLets talk。 (1)听Part B Lets try部分录音,判断对错。 (2)教师指导学生观看Lets talk部分教学视频,提问:Who are they ?What are they talking about?They are Chen Jie and Mike. They are talking about the birthday. (3) 学生听录音跟读课文,理解意思,并进行朗读。(4)小组内分角色进行操练,学生自愿上台表演。Step 4 Summing up HomeworkSumming up .1.
