(work with language)一、教学内容unit 2 work with language二、教学目标1.语言知识1)四会掌握单词:february, march, june, august, october, november, fifth, eighth, ninth, twelfth, twentieth, date (“三会”掌握)短语:new year, chinese new year, childrens day, teachers day2)能灵活运用句型:when is chinese new year ()? its on when is your birthday? its on what date is it today? its 2.语言技能1)初步掌握一年12个月的单词,语音清楚,朗读流利;2) 通过学习,掌握年月日的正确表达方法。3.学习策略1)用构词法的规律来学习新单词,让学生更容易掌握新知识;2)对所学知识能主动练习,并进行简单的归纳整理。4.情感态度:能积极运用所学英语进行表达和交流。三、教学过程(一)warming up1. 听写上节课所学的单词;2. free talkt: what day is it today (tomorrow)? p: its tuesday.p: what day is it today?t: its tuesday. oh, today is teachers day.(二)presentation and consolidation1. 通过free talk 导入新课。 t: today is teachers day. when is teachers day? p: it is on september 10th. 2. 课件展示一些节日的图片,学习新单词和新句型。t: look at this picture. what festival is that?p: its childrens day. t: when is childrens day? whats the date of childrens day? its on june 1st. 2)play a game: 课件展示节日图片,让学生猜月份,说出相应的日期。p: its march. womens day is on march 8th.3)分组运用以上句型进行对话练习。3. 课件展示班上一位学生的生日日期1)t: look what date is that? p: its oh, its my birthday. t: your birthday is on t: when is your birthday? p: its on (学习相关序数词)2)play a game : when is your birthday? 每组的开头同学问后面一个,开火车,最快的组获胜。3)分组进行对话练习。 p1: when is your birthday? p2:its on . what about you? p1:my birthday is on 4)听教师读,完成book p10 ex1;5)小组合作完成book p10 ex3;(三)summing up1.先让学生小结序数词的变化规律,然后课件展示并完成bookp10 ex2;2.在教师帮助下,学生小结12个月份单词中的构词法规律。(四)development分组访谈同学,说出节日日期,填写表格。when is teachers day ()? / whats the date of teachers day?festivaldates
