Numbering in this section coincides with actual paragraph numbers from API Standard 610. 11th Edition. 本标准用作API标准610的补充。本章节中所采用的编号与API610. 11th 版的实际段落编号相同。6.1 General 概述Paragraph 6.1.1, Addition/Clarification 增加澄清Centrifugal pumps shall comply with the requirements of API 610, except where modified by the UOP Project Specification(s). 离心泵应遵守API610的要求,“UOP公司工程规范”中加以修改的部分除外。 Vendors offering shall be a size and design which has a successful record of proven field service at operating conditions similar to those specified (proto-types are not acceptable). An installation list shall be submitted upon request. 供货商报价中的规格和设计应具有在规定操作条件下现场成功应用的验证记录(不接受样机)。如果有要求,应提交业绩表。Paragraph 6.1.3, Addition 增加Single and two-stage pumps operating at temperatures less than 300F (150C) and multi-stage pumps operating at temperatures less than 200F (93C) shall be suitable for instantaneous startup from ambient to full operating temperature.操作温度低于300F (150C)的单级泵和二级泵以及操作温度低于200F (93C)的多级泵应能够从环境温度至最高操作温度范围内瞬时启动。 For higher operating temperatures the vendor shall provide as part of the operating manual a suitable startup procedure and any required monitoring equipment (i.e., skin thermocouples) to assure that the pump, including seal(s), does not incur damage due to rapid heat up. 对于更高操作温度,供货商应在操作手册中提供合适的启动程序以及所需要的监控设备(例如表面热电偶),以确保泵(包括密封)不会因为快速升温而损坏。Paragraph 6.1.8, Addition 增加UOP requires an NPSH margin of 2 feet (0.6 meters) or 15% of the NPSH required, whichever is greater. This margin is included in the system calculations. It is not included in the NPSH available reported in the data sheets. The pump NPSH required must be less than or equal to the NPSH available reported in the data sheets. The suction specific speed of pumps over 100 HP (75 kW) per stage in water, or aqueous solution over 50% water, services shall not exceed 9500 (USGPM, ft.), 11000 (M3/hr, meters). Suction specific speeds of up to 24000 (USGPM, ft) are acceptable for high speed integrally gear driven type pumps (Pump type OH6) 吸入比转速不应超过11000(USGPM,英尺),13000(M3/小时, 米)输送水或含水大于50%水溶液泵的汽蚀比转速每级大于100HP(75KW)时,使用条件不能超过9500 (USGPM, ft.),11000 (M3/hr, 米)。 与高速齿轮箱成一整体的立式泵(OH6型泵),汽蚀比转速可以高达24000(USGPM,ft)。 Paragraph 6.1.11, Addition 增加Pumps shall have stable head/capacity curves which continuously rise to minimum continuous flow. 泵应有连续上升稳定的扬程流量曲线,使连续流量最小。 Paragraph 6.1.28, Clarification 澄清Pumps shall be designed to operate in a totally unprotected, outdoor environment. 泵要按照完全无防护,室外环境运行的条件设计。 Paragraph 6.1.35, New 新Pumps shall be designed for continuous operation at a minimum of 50F (28C) higher than specified maximum operating temperature. 泵的设计应使其在至少高于规定最高运行温度50F (28C)下连续运行。 6.3 Paragraph 6.1.36, New 新Paragraph 6.3.1, Addition 增加Contractor to verify that downstream equipment, piping, and instrumentation design pressures are adequate for the actual shutoff pressure of purchased pumps. 承包商要对下游设备、管道和仪表的设计压力在所购买的泵关闭时是否合适进行确认。The design pressure of downstream equipment was established by UOP based on estimated pump shutoff pressure. Flange classes listed in the UOP Project Specifications are based upon design pressure and temperature conditions only, and do not account for other loads. The final design of all flanges shall account for gasket seating and external loads. Differential thermal expansion of dissimilar joints and transient thermal conditions such as start-up/shutdown and operational upset shall be accommodated. 法兰等级采用ASME B16.5规定。“UOP公司工程规范”给出的法兰等级只按照设计压力和温度条件,没有考虑其它负载。全部法兰的最终设计应考虑最小预紧压力和外部负载。不同种材料连接产生的不均匀热膨胀和开车/停车及操作不稳定时的瞬时热状态应加以考虑。 Flanges intended for use with spiral wound gaskets shall have a flange surface finish of 125 microinch Ra minimum to 250 microinch Ra maximum. Flanges intended foruse with other gaskets shall have a flange surface finish within the optimal range for the specified gasket. Finishes shall be judged by visual comparison with surface finish roughness standards conforming to ASME B46.1. Flange finishes shall be protected from damage during fabrication, heat treatment, shipping, storage, and installation. 使用缠绕式垫片的法兰,其表面光洁度范围应为最低125微英寸Ra至最高250微英寸Ra。使用其它垫片的法兰,其表面光洁度应为规定垫片所要求的最佳范围。光洁度通过与符合ASME B46.1规定的表面光洁度粗糙度标准试样进行观察比较来判断。法兰表面光洁度应该在制造、热处理、运输、贮存和安装过程中加以保护,防止损坏。 6.7 Wear Rings and Running Clearances 口环和间隙Paragraph 6.7.4, Addition 新增When non-metallic wear ring materials are specified, the pump vendor shall state in his proposal the minimum diametral clearances when the valuesare less than API Standard 610 Table 5. 当规定采用非金属口环时,如果泵供货商的径向间隙值小于API标准610表5中的值,则应在其报价中规定最小径向间隙。6.8 Mechanical Shaft Seals 机械密封Paragraph 6.8.4, New 新A dial type thermometer shall be provided when a seal flush cooler is provided. 如果提供密封冲洗冷却器,则应提供表盘式温度计。 Vent and drain connections from the mechanical seals shall be piped to a safe area.机械密封的放空和排液接头应采用管道引入安全区域。 Pumps in water service shall be designed so that the water temperature at the seal face does not exceed 180F (82C). 输送水的泵,其设计应使密封表面的水温不超过180F (82C)。 A non-sparking fixed throttle bushing shall be provided for Category 1 Arrangement 1 seals. 1类1型布置密封应提供防爆固定节流衬套。A non-sparking fixed throttle bushing shall be provided for Category 2 Arrangement 1 and Arrangement 2 seals (when seal chamber dimensions permit). 如果密封室的尺寸允许,1、2类2型布置密封应提供防爆固定节流衬套。 6.10 Bearings and Bearing Housings 轴承和轴承箱Paragraph 6.10.2.6, Addition 增加Pumps with bearing housings lubricated by open or closed loop, pure oil mist shall use Inpro Type OM-32 bearing isolators or equal, as a minimum. 采用开路或闭路润滑轴承箱的泵,纯油雾应至少采用Inpro Type OM-32油封或同等油封。 Paragraph 6.10.2.11, Clarification 澄清Pumps with anti-friction bearings shall have a flat surface at least 1” (25 mm) in diameter for the location of magnetic based vibration measuring equipment.采用耐磨擦轴承的泵,应至少有一直径1” (25 mm)的平表面,用于安装磁性振动测量设备。 7.2 Couplings and Guards 联轴器和联轴器防护罩Paragraph 7.2.2.a, Addition 增加Disc coupling flexible discs shall be a 300 series stainless steel, except for applications in a wet atmosphere in the presence of chlorides, where a material resistant to chloride stress corrosion cracking shall be used. 挠性盘圆盘联轴器应为300系列不锈钢,在有氯化物存在的湿环境中运行的泵除外,该情况应采用抗氯化物应力腐蚀裂纹的材料。7.5 Piping and Appurtenances 管道和附件 Paragraph 7.5.2.6, Addition 增加Fluid passages within the pump shall be arranged for complete drainage where practical. The vendor shall provide 3/4 minimum drain piping with a line size gate valve for each drain. Drain valves shall be located as close to the pump as practical and still be accessible. 在可能的情况下,泵内流体通道的形式要能完全排净液体。 供货商应为每个排液点提供最小3/4”的排液管道以及与管道尺寸相适应的闸阀。 排液阀的位置应尽可能靠近泵,并容易操作。Paragraph 7.5.2.8, Addition 增加Balancing lines for multi-stage pumps shall utilize flanged joints; screwed unions are not acceptable. Pumps equipped with a tilting shoe thrust bearing shall have a forced feed lubrication system. 多级泵的平衡管道应使用法兰连接;不允许采用螺纹接头。 配备倾斜式推力轴承的泵应采用压力推进润滑系统。 7.7Gears (NEW) 齿轮(新)Gears shall comply with API Standard 677 for spared pumping services unless otherwise specified. Gears shall comply with API Standard 613 for unspared pumping services. Gears for high speed integrally geared type pumps (OH6) may be produced to manufacturers standard. 备用泵的齿轮应遵守API 677标准要求,另有规定除外。 非备用泵齿轮应遵守API613标准要求。 与高速齿轮箱成一整体的立式泵(OH6)可按照制造厂的标准制造。 7.8Oil Coolers (NEW) 油冷却器(新)Tubes for fresh water service shall be inhibited admiralty. 淡水输送管道不允许用于海上If ammonia or hot sulfides are present, 70-30 Cu-Ni or titanium only tubes shall be used. 如果存在氨或热硫化物,只能使用70-30 Cu-Ni或钛管道。For sea water or brackish water services the tubes shall be aluminum-brass, 90-10 Cu-Ni, 70-30 Cu-Ni, or titanium. 海水或淡盐水用管道应为铝-铜、90-10 Cu-Ni、70-30 Cu-Ni或钛管道。When a steel channel without non-ferrous cladding or weld overlay is used in sea or brackish water service, the surface of the steel channel shall be faced and coated as follows: 无有色金属覆层或堆焊层的槽钢用于海上或淡盐水时,槽钢表面应按以下要求贴面或上涂料: (1) A weld deposited machined facing of aluminum bronze, Monel, or Cu-Ni shall be applied to the contact edges of the partition plates at the tubesheet sides and the face of the channel flange which is adjacent to the tubesheet. These weld deposits shall extend at least 1 inch (25 mm) back from the tubesheet contact surface.
